I think you have amazing willpower! The only way I could not weigh myself almost daily is if I have my husband hide the scale--which now that I've this post, may not be such a bad idea! Congrats on goin with what ya know will work for you

Ya, I'm going to have my roommate hide mine and not give it back to me till the 26th. Will make 3 weeks on induction. Same habit as everyone else with the checking every day and I think it will be better to stay away for a while.

I really WISH I could stay off the scale! I got my obssession down to 2 times a week...lol...I'm working on it! The scale just keeps calling my name! I am like you though, I pulled out the tape measure and I see the inches gone and I feel GREAT.

I was reading somewhere else that using the Ketostix is a thing of the past and they are not reliable. There are different factors that could prohibit a change in color, for example, if you are drinking a lot of water you will get lighter color change or no color change at all.....

Kudos to you! You are doing great! I love it when people start to notice! I am waiting on my first compliment!!
