Okay, since I'm now two weeks down with my little high fat experiment I can report I am now 10lbs down! Tomorrow I will be upping the proportions with higher protein and adding in a few glasses of wine, I'll let you know what happens this time next week!

i've had a bit of a gain, but it's my own fault. I've been too busy with a house reno to hit the gym..so i've been slacking. not sure of what my gain is in lbs but the pants are getting tighter. Not going back to a full induction, but i'm dropping my carbs down while still keeping my yogurt etc. also going to try to get a run in every day, if i can't get to the gym there's no excuse why i can't run outside with the dog! We have a long weekend coming up this weekend, which isn't going to help i'm sure
