    I am stepping up my carb intake to 75 this week inspite of only losing 1 lb last week.

    So that being said, here is todays totals

    Breakfast
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 cup of strawberries
    Egg and bacon breakfast sandwich: 2 xl eggs, 1 oz canadian bacon, 1 slice colby cheese, 1 low carb bun

    Lunch
    Cobb salad: 5 cups of iceberg lettuce, 3/4 oz of blue cheese, 3/4 oz cheddar cheese, egg, bacon, olives, 3 tbsp of blue cheese dressing, and 3 oz of chicken breast

    Dinner
    Chicken and portabello mushroom crepes: 1 large crepe, filled with mushroom sauce 1 cup of portabello mushrooms, 1 cup diced tomatoes
    1 cup of broccoli florettes

    Snack
    7 oz red wine
    1 sourdough crispbread
    1/2 oz of cream cheese
    Don

        Snack - 1 cup jicama and 1 serving of sugar snap peas with an ounce of cheddar cheese

        Dinner - hamburger patty topped with provolone cheese/cup of mushrooms; 1 large whole cucumber; 150g of raw green bell pepper strips

        Fitday Totals:
        1516 calories
        43 net carbs, 31 of those veggie (77g carbs - 34g fiber = 43 net carbs)
        59% Fat
        12% Carbs
        29% Protein

            Just wanted to pop and and say this is a great thread! this would have been really help to have something like this when i was in OWL, as it can be so confusing...it's nice to see how others are doing it....it's even helpful to me to see how others are tweaking things etc now, even in maintenance you need to do this on occaision when you see the scale moving a bit the wrong way (chronic problem of mine )

                Hey you guys! I haven't been posting regularly, but I have been peeking in and checking with everyone's progress.

                Micckey, congrats on losing a pound. I really think you haven't been eating ENOUGH and once you increase your calorie intake you'll see things start moving again.

                Wendy, I worry that you aren't eating enough either. Are you doing induction levels??

                  Dinner - Chicken Shwarma Salad from a local Greek resaturant (romaine lettuce, roasted chicken, feta cheese, olive oil - I will "guestimate" my numbers for this in Fitday)

                  Fitday Totals:
                  1577 calories
                  30 net carbs, 19 of those veggie (57g carbs - 27g fiber = 30 net carbs)
                  66% Fat
                  8% Carbs
                  26% Protein

                  * I was a kinda low on carbs today... that tends to happen when I have a big salad for dinner. There's just so little nutrition in romaine lettuce.

                      Rough day for me too. Today I was way too high on carbs. Had 88 net when I was supposed to be at 75.

                      Breakfast
                      3 eggs
                      1/2 cup soy milk
                      1 cup of fiber one cereal
                      1/2 cup greek yogurt
                      1/2 cup of mixed berries

                      Lunch
                      6 oz chicken
                      1/4 cup on onions
                      1/4 cup of mushrooms
                      1/4 cup of peppers
                      1/2 cup of green beans
                      2 cups of lettuce
                      2 slices of tomatoes
                      2 tbsp on italian dressing

                      Dinner
                      1/2 lb of lean ground beef
                      1 1/2 hamburger buns
                      1.5 tbsp of mayo
                      1 tbsp low carb ketchup
                      2 slices of onion
                      1 roma tomato
                      7 oz red wine

                      1835 calories, 149 grams of protein, 77 fat grams, and 88 net carbs OUCH!

                        Dinner - Sauteed fresh shrimp in butter and garlic on stovetop and poured it over 2 cups of spaghetti squash

                          Yes - I dropped back to induction levels. Am just now (today) going to step onto Rung 1 again. I messed up BAD for a few weeks & had a terrible time getting back on track. Since I'd only previously made it to Rung 2, I figured it best to start at the beginning!

                              Wow, no posts in a few days! I thought I better get back on here and report in.

                              Last week, I only lost 1 lb, but that is OK. I will take it.

                              Last week I averaged 1922 calories per day, with 98 fat grams per day (should be about 110), 148 protein grams per day, which is about right, and 77 net carbs per day (it was supposed to be 75, but I miscounted one day)

                              Yesterday I had...

                              Breakfast
                              2 xl eggs
                              4 oz greek yogurt
                              1/2 cup of natures three berries
                              1 cup Cherrio's
                              1/2 soy milk

                              Lunch
                              Ham and Swiss sandwich: 4 oz of ham, 1 oz swiss cheese, 4 dill pickle stackers, 1 roma tomato, 1 leaf romaine lettuce, 1.5 tbsp mayo, and 2 slices of Mrs Baird's Fiber Plus bread
                              1/2 large apple

                              Dinner
                              1/2 lb Fuddruckers burger no bun wrapped in 4 large iceberg leaves with 5 pickle slices, mayo, 2 tomato slices, 4 rings of onions, and some jalapenos

                              Evening snack
                              7 oz red wine
                              1 sourdough Wasa crispbread

                              1857 calories, 101 grams of fat, 106 grams of protein, and 81 grams net carbs

                              Ratios were out of whack
                              49% fat
                              Only 22% protein (way to low for me)
                              29% carbs (way to high for me)
                              Probably not enough calories either!

                              I raised my carb intake to 80 starting yesterday, still looking for my CCLL. I am only 16 lbs away from pre-maintenance and I need to find it before I get there. This is going to get interesting. How do I raise my carbs, keep my ratios in line, and not raise my calorie intake too much? I am kind of having a struggle keeping everything balanced.

                                Dinner - Turkey Steak with brocolli in a cream, cheese, bacon & mushroom sauce, yum!
                                snack - hot dog

                                Today

                                Breakfast - Crustless Quiche
                                Lunch - salad with bacon & 2 boiled eggs
                                Dinner - wholewheat wrap with ham and salad and mayo


                                calories way to low both days, but i wasnt hungry so cant be helped

                                oh, and a 3 pound loss.
