First of all CONGRATULATIONS! So close to goal. I read you post quite often and am always so impressed with your progress. There is an article in the February Prevention Magazine regarding MUFAS (monounsaturated fats). It explains how incorporating these foods in each meal that they will help your LDL levels come down and help your HDL come up. Also eating more of these will target belly fat. It's a must read. What is also wonderful about MUFAS is that they're Atkins Friendly. Again Don, Congratulations, You are Awesome!

Really, Don, if you have the chance, you need to read this book. And like I said, if you're not attached to your doctor, I would change. Of course, I don't exactly know how you would find one that is Atkins-friendly. I was lucky, in that my doctor is the one who turned me on to Atkins, rather than the other way around. 



I am just thrilled that your adjustments are producing such good results. I knew that they would! Can't wait to hear your weigh-in news tomorrow.
