actually once you exceed the 3 cups limit for salad vegies you are in OWL rung 1 no matter how low you are eating your total net carbs. You can squat on rung one and add multiply sets of 5 net carbs of those yummy induction veggies or you can progress up to the next rung frsh dairy after you are comfortable with how your body is handling that more then 3 cups of the legal veggies.
