    I am so proud! I wasn't going to post these except for in my journal, but I am soooooo proud.

    You look FABULOUS! All the changes are so obvious! Beautiful lady, yay, you're making awesome progress!

            I started Atkins on January 2 at 268 lbs.

            I started working out with Sarah (iyamamaschke) on February 19, 2006 weighing 246.5 lbs. The "before" pictures were taken that day.

            Since then, i have only lost 12.3 lbs (according to the scale) but the "after/during" pictures just show the true transformation I've made in six weeks. I'm feeling really good tonight, that's for sure!

            I started doing HIIT on my elliptical last week, hopefully that'll make an even bigger difference. I'll do another set of pictures in 6 weeks.

              Wow !!! YOu are doing great! You look like you weigh 150~


              I started induction Jan 19 weighing 250 now i weigh 215! I total loss of 36 lbs. I am also doing weight training 3 days a week. I think it helps so much. I love doing the weights!

                    WOW you don't look like you weigh 236!!! I swear! The weight at the sides has completely disappeared and your stomach has decreased too!! Way to go!
