I started working out with Sarah (iyamamaschke) on February 19, 2006 weighing 246.5 lbs. The "before" pictures were taken that day.
Since then, i have only lost 12.3 lbs (according to the scale) but the "after/during" pictures just show the true transformation I've made in six weeks. I'm feeling really good tonight, that's for sure!
I started doing HIIT on my elliptical last week, hopefully that'll make an even bigger difference. I'll do another set of pictures in 6 weeks.

I started induction Jan 19 weighing 250 now i weigh 215! I total loss of 36 lbs. I am also doing weight training 3 days a week. I think it helps so much. I love doing the weights!
Starting Weight: 190 (2005)
Goal Weight: 140 (met goal summer 06)
Current Weight: refuse to get on the scale but all my clothes don't fit
New Goal Weight: 135
