    Tammy:

Thanks so much for doing this! I'm going to keep a card in my wallet, give one to DH for his, and then send some to friends & family who have been asking for diet details!

    Thanks again!

Hats off for this great wallet card...WOW

          Dear Tammy,

Thanks so very much. What a GORGEOUS little graphic...so convenient.

Those of you on MACs (the better moustrap!) just need to "grab" the graphic and drag it to the desktop, where it will save itself as a JPG, all ready to print and share.

P.S. MY Avocado Mousse recipe was accepted (and printed) in Dana Carpender's latest collection of recipes. It is great. Anyone who'd like it just email me. :yes

Re: Free wallet sized food list to print! NEW IMPROVED

                    Hey lostandfound!
Thank you for the cards! I'm going to print them out on cardstock and laminate them!!

                    Thanks again!
                    Be well-
                    jade

Print your own cards and use them as an induction guideline.
You will always have your food list with you, and if anyone wants to know how you did it, you can happily give them your card!!

These cards are as thorough as I could be, in the tiny space provided. Please don't consider it all you need to know, to do this WOE correctly. But it can be a very handy tool.

Just save to your computer then print! Enjoy!

                    Hugs,Tammy

Yes, it's 3-4 ounces per day. Maybe tammy doesn't want us all plugged up. :^D
