Re: Free wallet sized food list to print! NEW IMPROVED

This is my first posting here, and this must be a silly question: the cards look useful on the screen, but how do I download them?

          HELP!!!

I have read this entire post over 4 times

I slept on it....wishing that something would pop into my head so I would know why I can't find this. I found the step by step instructions and all I get is a picture of the little box. sigh

Here is what I am doing. In the title bar..I am clicking on the wavy sheet of paper. The only other thing I see on that post is two boxes with the red X on it. No matter which computer I use. (I have tried 5 different computers, work and home). Can someone please help me. I am using windows xp.
          Thanks in advance.

What I did was go to the first post and rightclick on the wallet-sized list then choose 'save picture as'.
A box will open up asking where you want it to be saved on your computer, choose somewhere you will remember (I have a folder in 'my pictures' called 'Atkins').
Once you have saved it you can open it and print it out.

Thank you soo much for the help.
Finally after using several computers I tried my old but faithful and got more than a little box with a red X.
No wonder I couldn't see it! grrrr

                  Thanks again.

the hardest part was finding the critter at the end of the post.... i should bump it...

this is brainwashed into my head,

now..... i even know how many carbs
a forth a cup of just about anything has from corn to peanuts to milk to giblet gravy but it comes with a year and a half on atkins...and reading labels and reasearching

You will always have your food list with you, and if anyone wants to know how you did it, you can happily give them your card!!

These cards are as thorough as I could be, in the tiny space provided. Please don't consider it all you need to know, to do this WOE correctly. But it can be a very handy tool.

Just save to your computer then print! Enjoy!
