      Bill....I just figured it out...the women in your life are tired of cooking for you...it is now your turn...what better way to get you to do it!! Breakie sounded way better than my tuna and mayo on an oopsie roll!

      Venessa...I am going to believe you! I won't try it...I won't! though I imagine that when a gal wants some chocolate even some gross stuff is better than nothing. LOL!

          Good morning all. One day closer to the new you. Outstanding support we have here and it's making it easier for some to remain committed it appears.             Oh man o man..I am having a weak moment! I had to make a cake for a co-workers birthday. It is my world-wide loved "Fugly Cake". So good. Chocolate cake with a handmade chocolate mousse filling and creamy vanilla frosting! Oh I want a piece so badly. PLease tell me not to. PLease tell me why I cant have a piece and just start Induction again tomorrow? These are the thoughts in my mind. And I am arguing with myself right now. HELP!

                Because that is not the cycle you want to get into and the more you yoyo diet then the less Atkins will work for you. You are worth more than a piece of chocolate cake. And I don't think your friend would like a cake with a piece missing. And all your hard work is worth more than licking the bowl.

                    I didnt do it, I didnt do it. I am proud. Thank you all for your support! I guess I was looking at my situation through cake stained glasses. We also had pizza brought in from a rep....man I need to change profession! My sister is a stay at home mom and I tell her all the time, "you have it so easy! You can prepare your meals, workout when needed! I have to pack lunches, workout after work when I am beat! And have food brought in all the time!" I need to work in a slaugherhouse or something where I am not tempted at all. Uggg! I am off tomorrow, I cant wait to go home and get away from this crap! Oh and you all bet your butts if any of that food is sitting around I am tossing it!

                          Im glad you didn't give in... I feel soo bad today... I cheated yesterday ... my first time since induction... and what did i cheat with .... not food... but a frozen margarita... i feel so bad

                                Hi everyone! Andie you should be so proud of yourself. I don't think I could deal with having to actually bake a cake full of stuff I can't eat and smell it cooking, etc. Congrats! That is impressive.
