hey everyone....really long day today, didn't go in quite as early as i had planned, only 1 hr and 15 mins instead of 2 hrs early. had my allergy test, and i'm not allergic to anything, but i kinda had a feeling i wasn't.
when i got home, i went for a 1.5 mile walk, will probably do my push ups tonight too. i'm thinking of doing my exercises a little differently now. instead of doing each type(crunches, push ups, & squats) each day, i'm gonna start doing just one. i will start doing an increased amount of repititions, but that will give those specific muscles more time to rest in between exercises. my muscles are starting to feel a little over worked some days. i really have tried to exercise every day without taking many rest days since re-starting this wol. i know my body does need those days of rest, but the exercising itself is starting to become an addiction after seeing such great results. i know without the exercise, i wouldn't have had this much energy either.

I exercised hard the last two days too, so I am just crossing my fingers that it is really just that. We are starting to lose hope big time though, he is ready to just quit. What do you guys think? Will we continue to lose past induction, we have been doing things right again, and haven't even eaten anything wrong for 3 weeks. Just the bacardi the one night, although it was quite a bit of it. Dumb. But it should work for us if we had such good success on induction, right?
