    Hi moniegail, we are close! Live in the Dayton area. We stopped in Sharonville for lunch on the way home. Speaking of exercise, does falling off backwards of your stability ball count as exercise? Thought that was going to be one of the easier things i coud do lol.
    Hi IrishMom82, p90x really intrigues me. Looks way too hard for my level of training. Is it all hard core or do they have like a beginners level?

      hello everyone,

      Did not sleep last night so then I ended up sleeping most of today and I only got 5 cups of water in Tomorrow I will continue to try for ten.

      Elsie -- It's been difficult without dad here 'cuz he loves to cook, and we don't...but we are capable and doing well so far. Before dad left he taught me how to poach (salmon) and I've been doing that A LOT..

      Irishmom82 -- congrats on the 1 pound. Keep up the good work! Are you doing measurements too??..

      On a bright note, I don't weigh in until Sunday but today I did that ketosis stick thing and I AM in ketosis. That is a relief!

          Monie...I am all for the idea of setting some sort of movement goal. I just really can't do it next week. I am having 'cousion week' here starting Monday to Sunday. that means 5 kids, a mother and a sister-in-law. My goal for next week is to get through it with no cheats. That will be an accomplishment in and of itself!! I have already been worrying about not having the time to get on here to post. But I will join in for some sort of commitment the next week for sure! You organize it. I think it is a great idea.

                Happy Friday everybody!
                I'm in for an exercise challenge next week. I'm still fighting a sore knee so I haven't done my usual walk for a couple of weeks, but was planning on resuming it every other day starting Monday.

                  Hi buddies!! Went back to bed and just got up at 9, wow, I needed it!!! I made 2 lunches this am though, so I won't have an excuse not to have a decent salad for lunch! Babysitter is done for the week, so I am on my own to try to get the college work done. Ugh, I think I am down to 15 tests/assignments out of 37, plan to get at least 2 more done today, including reading 2 chapters. Geez, you have to be strict to be able to keep up in an online class!! The next one I do is in the fall, just a one credit nursing math class, that shouldn't be too bad, beats paying out all that gas money!!

                  LOL Joe, on the no exercise!! Congrats on the new vehicle though!
                  Irish mom, way to go on the loss!! I am sure you are building muscle as well.

                  Elsie, you aren’t sending that wind down my way are ya? Oh, just had to look ya up, you must be more on the west coast? How cool to have bought your house when you were so young!!

                  Bill hope you are keeping warm in WI, my temporary neighbor, it is only 48 here today! Brrr!! Better get exercising to warm up today!!

                  Hey Cori!! I decided to use a 32 oz Gatorade bottle, yes I actually “wasted” the Gatorade and dumped it out! LOL I fill that with ice and water and made sure to drink at leas 2 of them each day, it really helps. Very portable too.

                  Monie, your exercise idea is a great one, I am having sucha hard time getting it in even with the 6EWEC, I feel even worse. I missed again yesterday, it is simply due to school work load. Tell, ya what, this class ends on the 25th then I will be able to give it my all! I love to exercise, it is just that I am anal about getting good grades, and I need to get that dedicated to taking care of myself! LOL

                  I am kinda worried about the Catfish Fesitval being here this weekend, they have the best gyros! I ususally live on them all weekend at this time of year. But I was able to say no when BF and the kids and I were in Duluth the other weekend to that fair food.... I gotta fit into those scrubs! And I have a goal of 5 pounds!! That means I just gotta get that exercise in!!! Eating and water are going good though.

                  BTW, look whose all "Crib trained" now! LOL, he won't go to sleep unless he is in there now! (that's the drool source, hehe!)

                          I am down for an exercise challenge here. I have been going to the gym 5 days a week and I have a good plan going I think but I have been meaning to incorporate abs into my workout so I will pledge to do that. I think we should continue with out water thing too. Its helping me for sure. Anyway, hope everyone is having a good day.

                            Quick question here if I may, but an exercise would mean actual physical moving around OR does the virtual type count?? Might be interested in a challenge with all me buddies, maybe that'll motivate me arse and get me up and about. God Bless, Joe

                                Yeah I am wondering the same thing too Joe. I hope you will join us in a challenge though. Maybe you can start by taking your girls for walks in the park or around your neighborhood. I bet that would be nice.
