Does anybody have a link to a..um...more open minded...board she can get the answers she wants instead of the answers she is hearing?? Please lets help her and post them so she can get the answers she wants.
Oh My Gosh...We wish you the best. Your problem is not irrelevant..several of us have spent our time posting trying to help. Many of us have suggested that you go see a doctor. A fact which you failed to address any time it is mentioned. You are intent to do this your way. Which is fine. Free choice. But here we support a different Atkins than you are doing...that is all.
I really hope you find the answers you are looking for as nobody should be all bloated by 15-20 pounds every month...it is not a normal part of Atkins. The women who do bloat during TOM here still stick with the plan despite it. I wish that since I know we have no hope in heck to talk you out of the way you are doing your modified Atkins that you make better choices when you do cheat so that at least you do not go back to feeding your body the foods that helped make you fat in the first place. Chinese food...fruit juice...potato chips are not veering a lil left...you are on a whole other road than the one we are travelling here.
