      Welp my peeps I made it to the third day. I am up and going to the gym 4:30 am. Today I am going to be writing a lot more i think, Just because the third day is always where i seem to lose my will poewr. I must say I woke up with a great mind set. I am so happy to be back.... Off and running to the gym.

          today has been a good day, someone said i looked slimmer lol anyway that really made me smile

          keep getting these horrible headacnes i dont normally get them and these are so intense. i know i should take something for them but im not keen on taking tablets. dont think its diet related but its really getting to me hope they go away soon.

          well done wellkept for getting to the gym if you feel like you are struggling come on and post a massive message to us all and maybe when you are done you might have lost that craving

            jumped on the scales and knew i shouldnt have, saw i had put on 2lbs (i know this is false ) but i let it get to me, so had a mini binge didnt eat bread or anything but partner was eating some mango so i helped myself to some and then was munching on loads of walnuts. It could have been worst but i still feel very guilty. My head is banging constantly making me miserable.

              Don't beat yourself up just start off where u left off. I know i am on my third day only and i already am thinking about choc. covered almonds.. We just need to be strong. remember keep writing and writing were here for ya.

                  Hi focus83 sassy1 and all the rest members nice reading about your daily achievements and firstly focus i dint mind i knew there must be a reason you never replied.You said you getting hedaches i have the same problem i even wrote on my blog page and asked for suggestions i am having painkillers and have increased my water drinking still getting them.Oh no focus you had some mango and walnuts you know what as long as your exercising hopefully wont show up on the scales just weigh yourself first thing am and fingers crossed you won't have gone up.

                  Hi wellkept32 i have to say i admire you for getting up early and going to the gym just shows how focused you are and ready for reaching your goal good luck.

                  Hi sassy1 your having great results too i really want to be inthe 170's like you at the moment im 184 and losing steadily on induction again from last week going well.


                  By the way 1lb loss today and have done total of 99lb wow i hope i hit the 100lb mark and lose a lb tomorrow then i will write about it in the celebration forum.Today as i was taking the kids to school a friend who i havent seen in a while saw me last when i was fatter saud hey you've actually done it you look so good don't lose anymore that really put a smile 2 my face and inspires me to keep going .When someone comments positively you know its been worth it and feels good.Goodnight to all just noticed its 11.19pm in the uk better get some sleep or wont get up for the kids school time sweet dreams to all buddies.

                    i'm looking to join the buddy list, or should i say rejoin as i was a part of the original buddy thread started by elsie last summer.

                    hello to elsie, sassy, cara, and mike-it's good to see you all. hello also to all the others that have joined the buddy list. i look forward to getting to know you all and sharing our successes.

                    a little background on myself- i restarted for the 4th or 5th time(losing track now) last june and did faily well. i lost around 30 lbs overall. than things started happening that threw me off course and ultimately on a downward spiral i just couldn't stop. in july the loss of a beloved family pet was the worst, as she was the love of mine and DH lives for over 12 yrs. that sent me into an emotional state that i'm still trying to deal with at times. since we have no children, she was our baby and the complete center of our universe. i kinda stayed on course after that but my spirit was gone and so was the drive to make this way of eating a lifestyle change. then came september and there was a state wide power outage that lasted 4 days. with no way to cook or to keep things refridgerated, junk food was about the only thing we ate during that time. i managed to make it pretty much unscathed until the thanksgiving holiday rolled around, but then after that it was over!!!! the holidays have always been my downfall.

                    so now here i am 8 lbs heavier than when i started last time and just completely miserable. (why do we do this to ourselves?) this time there is a realization that the weight gain has effected me more emotionally than before, but physically it's getting harder to do everyday things as well.
                    today was day 1 of induction and i think i did pretty well. carb, fat, and protein ratios were good for the day, i will have to work on the diet pop addiction though. that's always been a struggle for me.

                    so that's my story and i'm hoping to have a better ending this time.

                      Welcome back g/f! It's wonderful to see you here. Mike has been hiding lately, which has me worried and dear Elsie, well she is working on making her way back but isn't quite there yet. I'm hoping to see all of our original buddies back and all doing well. I am happy though, that we have made some new buddies! Way to make day 1 count.. you can do it, I know you can! Do you still have your new bike? I look forward to re-connecting.

                      Sham - Your doing awesome! I so can relate to what you're saying when people make those positive comments in regards to how good you look. It feels soooooooo good! I got a couple at my work today when my dh and I showed up there to shop on my day off. 100lbs.. wow.. that's a huge accomplishment my friend! You'll lose that 1 pound and then some Keep up the great job!

                      Well - 4:30am gym visits Well done! Hush you.. no speaking of ch. covered anything LOL.. those are my favs and it's so cruel, as my work has a machine that sells them right at our time clock! I am happy to report though, I have NEVER had any from it! Not that I haven't thought about it.. ~sighs~ Off hand I don't know about the cheese strings, as I don't myself eat them.                       Norah - How are you doing? How was your weekend? I hope all is well.

                      Jen (Focus) - Sorry, I don't recall off hand if you're doing induction or not? If you are, the headaches could be from that as it happens to alot of people. It's what we refure to as being part of the "flu" like symptoms. It all gets better in time. If you're not on induction, then maybe you have been lacking in something or changed something? Maybe not enough sleep? Are you eating enough? I know I start to get really week and lightheaded now if I have not eaten soon enough for my bodies liking. As for the cheat, don't be too terribly hard on yourself, tomorrow is a fresh start! You'll be fine.. one day at a time my friend.

                      Mike - I'm not sure if you're still coming to view the pages, but just incase you are.. let us know how you're doing. I hope you're ok.

                      Cara - I hope your week is off to a grand start!

                      Kristen (skinny before 21) - How are you doing? We have not heard from you in a while. How's school going?

                      LindyJ - I'm wondering how you're doing, and how the induction part of Atkins is going for you? I hope we'll here from you one day real soon.

                      Norm - You've been pretty quiet too. Are you just sitting back letting the women yack? I hope you had a great weekend and that your week is off to a fabulous start.

                        Hi new budie MONIE welcome to our small buddie gang iwas sad to hear about your beloved pet so sorry well time is a great healer hopefully your pain will decrease in time.By the way i had the diet pop addiction but been 2 weeks i read form a member can stall you since i gave it up losing a bit now and i see it in the fridge and dont want it anymore just don't think about it water is better 4 u.This time as your starting we will all be here to support you so stick to the diet stay cheat free and carb free and lastly diet soda free and you will be SLIMMER!

                          ive been doing induction on and off for the last month, i tend to cheat but not on bread or anything that is a major evil just on fruit and nuts (not the chocolate bar) i just cant get it into my head that fruit is bad for you but i know i will train myself to soon.

                          sham sorry you have been experiencing those headacnes too they are awful i hate them they keep coming and going. been drinking alot of water and eating more regularly incase that affects them but so far no improvement. thanks for your support i really appreciate it. you have done so well, congrats on the 99lb loss. i know the rest will come off just as easily. not sure which area of england you are in but im in london and there are tube strikes tonight and its going to mess my whole week up not looking forward to tomorrow or thursday now.

                          sham how did you feel when you didnt lose weight before? you have been doing this for a year now so i know you are much better than me at this. when i dont lose weight i feel so disheartened. i plan to not weigh myself so much but this is easier said than done. im like addicted to the scales. anyway enough rambling for me today hope you all are having a wonderful low carb day!

                            Today is my fourth day and down 3Lbs so excited. I woke up though wanting Apple jacks and bananas. I am really needing support.. I cannot fail at this for the 6 time. I am going to do this.. I am off to the gym trying to keep my mind off this. Today will be a struggle but it will be more of a struggle if i wont stick to it.. Wish me luck.

                                when you think about cheating just think about that 3lbs you have lost!! you want it to turn into 4 or 5 or 6 and all that hard work at the gym. it will pay off as long as you keep focused.
