Norman~ It has rained so much here lately..no telling what the weather will be like this weekend.

I am inching my way towards my next mini goal. Hopefully I can do it by next week. My body seems to like OWL. It doesn't make sense that you eat more but lose more.

Happy 4th. to you also, Jane! Here in sunny Miami it has been raining now, every afternoon for about 2 months. The Bar-B-Que sounds great but, for me, I have serious doubt I'll be drinking beer! I'm happy for you that you're losing fat again.

Oh no buddies I've been naughty!
My huby brought me an early bday present an all in one oven (what i wanted)so i made pizza for all and gobbled one myself that lead to a twix bar,1 piece garlic bread,some mango juice and at the moment i have paused!

Well, Sham, you've gone through a stressful few days ad I would presume that's probably why you ate the wrong foods. You'll be fine. Just keep it cool and return to eating the way you have chosen to do..

Sham, I agree with Norman. You have been under a lot of stress and I can't imagine you were sleeping all that well lately. Things like that happen. Now you are feeling better and can get back to work.

Yes Jane I had to feed the family as it was the weekend they were at home and it was
lunchtime i was running late on chores so had not aten mysely and had lots of housework to do and I was hungary easy option and tasty option was pizza.I have restarted today with good intentions and i didnt weigh in cuz I know it will be bad so lets just see what induction does for me.

Hi buddies its my bday tomorrow and a year on atkins i had planned i would celebrate with the kids and hubi with pizza and cake so im going to tomorrow which is why I didnt restart thinking I would have to break the diet again.I am restarting induction wednesday and so looking 4wd to it as im missing my diet.Carb are making me lazy and im not enjoying them.Im watching what im eating hopefully wont put on so much im only weighing wednesday am because i dont want a shock just yet.

hey buddies, havent posted on here for awhile. i cheated on saturday as well :S i know very naughty but i got right back on it yesterday. even managed to get a loss this week of 1.5lbs im 0.5lb away from my first mini goal. have to be extra good this week to reach it.

sham you know what i think, dont let that cheat get to you.

Focus..did you meet your mini goal yet? I am pretty close to you..less than a pound away from mini goal but afraid to weigh in. I probably will tomorrow or it will get to me.

I have done nothing but yardwork for 2 days. I am exhausted. I figure with all I did, I must have lost some weight.
