    I walked my 20 minutes I was planning a run but, after the last few days at work I was too tired but, I did get a walk in for ya all don't know if it counts but, at least I did 20 minutes.

        Over the lunch hour, only one brave coworker was willing to run the stairs with me. At least the others walked and we still cackled!

        We ran 30 minutes worth of stairs, 10 more than originally pledged. It was a lot of fun and a great, sweaty workout!!!

        Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

          Just wanted to check in and thank you for the reminder, jimmie. Life has been NUTS! I walked four and a half miles with my dog this morning and got in about 1 hour of my tae kwon do forms, so that should count!

          Can't wait to see everyone else succeed!

                          Thanks Jimmie and Jack! Let me tell ya...it was HARD!!! The first couple of minutes were ok, but then it got tougher and tougher, and crazier and crazier! LOL It was helpful having a cheering section though! It helped a lot!!! My shirt was completely wet with sweat!

                              Just finished up my 20 on the treadmill! Yay!
