    Um...how do we get our reward? I'm thinking we're able to put that snazzy banner in our siggie somehow, but not sure how to do that? And if I'm totally wrong then forgive me, it was my first exercise challenge

    Started Atkins 2/12/07 @ 214, had a successful two weeks and lost 15lbs. Then totally fell off the wagon on Day 16 Sooo.....

        20 minutes on the treadmill, 10 on the stairmaster, then a bit of elliptical to top it all off. Mondays are so tough.

          hey jimmy, I workout late at night and didnt get to go last night cause my gf is sick but shes feeling better, she gets off at midnight tonight and were gonna do some treadmill, let me know if it will still count or not, thanks!

              MONROE, I would be the worst person on the face of the earth if i didn't let a newbie guy get his treadmill work in. Because I am the Undisputed Queen of this Challenge, I hereby grant you the permission to start your treadmill at midnight.
              (you know, you could always jog in place for 20 minutes right now and do the treadmill later )

                    wow everyone's done so well, that's a lot of calories burnt here in this thread

                    I did and extra 20 mins are flights after my 90 mins of biking, well it was meant to be a challenge lol

                            I DID IT...I DID IT...I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
                            i did 30 minute straight on the elliptical...followed by 15 minutes with me 5 pound hula hoop (sounds crazy but it really does work!)
