    The dude with the carrot reminds me of Matthew Lesko, the guy on TV that wears a bright yellow suit with question marks all over it. He tries to sell his books regarding secrets to getting money out of the government. LOL

        stick to what the book says on pages 125 and 126 for your induction choices. we looking at 12 to 15 net carbs for induction.
        lets say for instance that you have 2 cups of the salad veggies on page 125. lets say 1 cup endive , 1/2 cup mushrooms and 1/2 cucumbers. you get eat 1 cup of pumpkin from the list on page 126. your carb count is 24 minus 9 fiber = 13 net carbs.

        use this week before the challenge actually happens to check your numbers. i've done this and it's been pretty interesting to see how my own numbers have come out. it's making me think more about what i am doing.

                I hit mine today too....I really like this approach! I am VERY full at the moment and still have a litre of water to go before bed! Yeesh.

                  wow...I can't get over how I'm not eating enough vegies although it seems I am...this is going to be good to get me to eat enough of them...I LOVE them so that's not the problem.

                    i'll do my best to keep everyone on the same page. i usually send out at least one reminder right before any challenge i am heading up. everyone can expect that either saturday or sunday, the 21st or 22nd.

                    the challenge starts APRIL 23. THAT'S NEXT MONDAY. use this week as a testing time and a time to check out the links provided.

                      put me down Mrs Jimmie, I need this challenge like no other. OWL for me so 17 carbs. I am practicing up this week so I will be ready. Thanks for this challenge, maybe it will jumpstart my weight loss again. I am really looking forward to it.

                                tmn, i would use the numbers on the label. you can choose to put the information from the label into the customized foods catagory on your fitday. you only have to customize the food once. from then on, it's in there and the next time you eat it you can just click on the boxes and add it to the food eaten for the day.
