I'm in with a commitment to 25 minutes...yep, I've upped the ante...25 minutes of walking the treadmill (...drum roll...) with the incline setting at 5%!

I will do it. This will be my first challenge and it seems like one I can do! I am excited. I plan to use my 20 minutes a day to do some much needed deep cleaning that requires more energy than daily straighting up. I plan to get all those boxes out of the closets, rearrange the bedroom furniture, and clean under the couch (omg thats scarey).
