Already signed up Jimmie, but hadn't decided what exercise to do. I have a sore throat and headache at the moment, but am willing it away
and am determined to be better for this challenge.
I plan to walk very briskly for 20 minutes - this will be a challenge for me as I have a back problem which means walking fast is not so easy. And I want to do more cardio /aerobic activity to balance up the Pilates I am doing. Looking forward to it - it will get me out of the house too, which is good at the moment. Had thought about swimming, but am out of practice and not sure if I am getting a cold. And the rain in England is at last going I think - so I can walk without getting drenched I hope
