    Already signed up Jimmie, but hadn't decided what exercise to do. I have a sore throat and headache at the moment, but am willing it away and am determined to be better for this challenge.

    I plan to walk very briskly for 20 minutes - this will be a challenge for me as I have a back problem which means walking fast is not so easy. And I want to do more cardio /aerobic activity to balance up the Pilates I am doing. Looking forward to it - it will get me out of the house too, which is good at the moment. Had thought about swimming, but am out of practice and not sure if I am getting a cold. And the rain in England is at last going I think - so I can walk without getting drenched I hope

      hey tilly, it's one day and i'm so positive you can do your brisk walk. i find myself wondering what jack will do if it rainx. there isn't any rain days so be prepared! he may have to actually ride the stationary bike! oh my goodness.... anything but that!!!! lolol

      we're gearing up for the big day but there's still time to get involved!

        I will give this my best shot, I have a pilates tape and a glider between the two I think I can get twenty minutes in and on the cool days I can walk ten minutes down the road and have to walk the other ten coming back. So that would be twenty minutes. I havent really exercised for that length of time in a couple years so this might be tough but I am going to do it.

          2big4comfort, it's only one day! you can do it!!!! no need to toggle back and forth at all, just do 20 minutes and you've claimed the award! then if you get all pumped up about earning an award, you can get plugged in to one of the on going challenges. that's what this is all about ..... getting you active and involved!

          REMINDERS WERE SENT OUT except for those of you that have full pm boxes or can't recieve pm's.

          TOMORROW IS THE DAY OF THE CHALLENGE! now tomorrow morning before i ever get in here i know you over the pond peeps will already start posting your acchievements and that's all good! gives us late comers some added incentive to get our 20 minutes done.

                  My knees hurt today for some weird reason, but hopefully the biking tomorrow will help them loosen up a bit! :]

                      I did it ... I did it. Even though my body is screaming at me. I DIIIIDDDDDDDDD it. My exercise challenge is complete. I feel like donkey in Shrek, when he says rather proudly: "I'm a STALLION"!!!!!!!!
                      Start weight: 103.6 kg (227.92 lbs)
                      Goal weight: 80 kg (176 lbs)
                      Now weighing in at ...... 95.6kg (210.32)
                      Total loss = 8 kg (17.6 lbs)
