        Completed 20 minutes on the stairstepper this morning. It was a lot harder to complete than I remember, but I survived!
        HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
        Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

          I'm gonna do 40 mins of slim in 6 with no breaks, i can manage 20 already so 40 will be my challenge!

            Hello, I walked for twenty minutes yesterday and just got back from a 30 minute walk today. I decided yesterday that I need to walk in the morning when its a bit cooler out. I am so happy to just get moving, thank Jimmie for motivating me in that area, if it wasnt for this challenge I may have never got off the couch.

                I did it! I woke up thinking about todays "challenge" and did 30 minutes on the treadmill, push-ups and sit-ups first thing! Thanks Jimmie for the spark!

                      2nd Go Around with Atkins: 281lbs. 127.23 kilo
                      Currently: 263lbs. 121.82 kilo
                      Mini-Goal: 250lbs.

                            Holly cow that was hard. I am off in 30 minutes to the gym to see if I can swim laps straight for 20 minutes too.
