breakfast -veggie omlete
Lunch -tuna salad on greens and one of my new veggies Jicama, I have to say I tolerated it and it wasn't horrible but not something I would make a habit of ....... it tasted a little bit earthy to me,if that makes any sense ......
Dinner will be left over stirfry from yesterday as well as trying out my second new veggie the brocolini
I know the challenge ends today but my plan is to keep going and there have been a few veggies mentioned and recipies shared I am really looking forward to trying out.

My new veggie for the week was cauliflower. I made the faux mashed potatoes (didn't like it but forced myself to eat it for 3 days and then caved and searched cupboard for an alternative - pumpkin which I mixed with butter and heavy cream). I had it in my cupboard but had never tried it so that's 2 new veggies for the week.
