13 NET CARBS from my veggies today! AND I got my new veggie in, broccolini! Which I sauteed in olive oil and butter with some sea salt and peppercorns-YUMMO! The rest of my carbs came from cauliflower---made the "loaded" mock potato. And some celery.
Tomorrow I'm making spaghetti squash!
