    i'm seeing the same as all our other times with this challenge.... we have some treadmillers!

          Hi all! I will join the challenge. I have been exercising daily during the day. I am starting a new job Monday which will have me working during the day. This challenge is coming at a good time, it will help make sure I stay focused and make the switch to exercising at night.

          Plan on taking a 45 minute spin class.

            Oh my GOD! Every day? I have been to the gym, at most, six days a week, an hour a day! I'm just settling into five. Now it's back up to seven? :-( Is that the challenge? I might just suck.

                It so cold..the treadmill and my wii keep me from freezing various body parts off!

                Of course that might help me loose some more weight!

                  Finished my 20 minutes of the day! I did situps, crunches, girl pushups, leg lifts, and squats!
                  Height 5'1"

                  Starting Weight: 128 lbs (BMI 24.2)
                  Current Weight: 128 lbs (BMI 24.2)
                  Goal Weight: 110 lbs (BMI 22.7)

                          I just jotted this down on my new 2008 calendar for Jan 9th. I pledge to do 30 minutes on my treadmill. Feeling good already!!!!
