Just finished my 20 minutes of the day! Situps, pushups, leg curls, crunches, and lunges!
this is very good, duchess. do you realize though that the challenge only requires you to do the 20 minutes on January 9? that is the only day we are concerned with as far as award winning goes.
do that stuff now and later but make sure to do it on Janurary 9!

I am disabled, so I had to buy a recumbent stepper. I had a hate/hate even worse relationship with that dratted thing for a very long time, but I've grown rather fond of it over the last two years. I sometimes forget to stop when I'm at the end of my minutes. Miracles can happen!

I am in! My goal is actually 30 mins of walking, weather permitting out here. If it is too cold for my toddler to be out there, my goal is 20 mins of using that big ball that I used once, stopped once I fell on my head. Will try again.
