Okay, I'm in for this - my first - challenge. I've already been meeting the 15 minute + mark so this will be a good start. I commit to "wogging" (jogging until I can't anymore and then speed walking for up to two minutes before starting the jog again) for a minimum of 20 minutes. I've already cornered a friend who is willing to go with me and keep me moving.
p.s. Is this how I officially sign up or is there something I need to do? Any feedback would be appreciated.
