    Got my 20 minutes on the treadmill done this morning. Since I'm still recovering from my illness, I had to go slower and without an incline like I usually do, but it still felt good to accomplish this challenge! Thanks for setting it up!
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7

      Good morning Jimmie and friends! Thank goodness I too got over my stomach flu and all that. I've been working out every day and even got up extra early this morning to get my 20 minutes in plus another 10. YEAH!

        i am so glad to see that some have already done their 20 minutes! good job so far!

        emma, i'm glad you are feeling well enough to accomplish something. you've been with me on this challenge each time and i didn't want to see you bow out.

        alright, no matter what you've heard or your own personal feeling about me, i am a good person. i have the worst trouble telling someone "no" when i know it would benefit them. SOOOOO, miss Starr, if you get your kester in a hustle, i'll treat as if you had signed up yesterday. go do your 20 minutes then report back in!

            Why did I originally think that it was a one day challenge? I did my committed exercise today. However, when I read this, it looks like it is a longer challenge? Sorry, I am new to figuring out this. I have exercised every day since I started Induction for at least 30 minutes walking or on the treadmill. Thanks!

                It is just a one day challenge......unless I got it wrong too.
                Anyways I got my 20 minutes in Jimmie with floor exercises done to my OnDemand exercise channel

                      only one day and today is it!

                          It was my first ever ever challenge, the first 20/24 challenge!!

                          i honestly believe that if it wasnt for this challenge i would never of risked exercising and lookie me now, my muscles are so much stronger from exercising i very rarely suffer joint problems and I no longer hafta take arthritis meds a million times a day!

                            I just finished my 20 minutes plus on the recumbent stepper. I also did a little over 15 minutes of floor exercises this morning and still have my walking shoes on and it's sunny and 60 degrees, so off I go to walk outside! I have to lift today, as well...

                              Today so far I've done 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of strength training, and I have another 30 minute cardio session planned for tonight.
                              The difference between 'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an eggs-and-ham breakfast:
                              the chicken was 'involved' - the pig was 'committed'.
