    I had to weigh a watermelon today...but I used one of my students today instead

    Sept 8th....NO scale for me

          I'm still scale free! I cant wait to see how much I lost in a week since I am keeping up with my cardio and drinking LOTS of water!

            Just a tip. Drink half your total body weight in ounces of water per day.

                Doin Miles, Flights, & Kid Ketchin'...
                2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
                but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN

                                Just checking in this morning. I am doing great on the no weigh challange. In fact I threw it out! (My scale had seen it's better days an I thought what a nice way to reward myself -I will buy a digital scale.)

                                Jimmie can I just not weigh myself until the 20th? I never weighed myself when I started because I know I gained a lot of weight back. The last time I checked it was 225 and my size 20 pants were feeling snug again. I have been wearing some 18's this week, and I can only hope that means I am shrinking.

                                I noticed this morning that my fingers are full of fluid. I must have had to much salt or something yesterday. I tried doing the keto stick thing this morning and it was only a light pink. (I dont know how to feel about this)
