    good morning peeps!

    this is your first day and hopefully you have put the metal monster away, had someone hide it or maybe you're being brave and you're staring it down, showing it who's boss. whatever your strategy... MAKE IT A GREAT NO SCALE DAY!

        Mine is in the closet. Not weighing in today.
        Will be doing:
        - Abs Challenge
        - Push ups Challenge
        - Stability ball Challenge
        - Mileage Challenge
        - Squat Challenge
        - Water Challenge
        - Also starting the no-sweetner challenge deal that Sherri offered.
        I was wiped out from my workout yesterday, but need to get back in there today mostly for other weight training, and also for challenges.
        I am picturing myself in goal-weight-shape in two months.

              i guess i've gotten so use to not weighing because of the last several months that i really doesn't dawn on me much to even want to weigh. mine's just sitting there, in it's usualy spot.

                    our last sign up day was yesterday and although i am usually pretty flexible about this stuff, i am going to stick to the dates on this one. but you are more than welcome to tag along.

                        This challenge is going to be hard for me, I work nights and last night was my night off which usually means lying awake staring at the ceiling trying to fall asleep, and last night I kept thinking about that darn scale which hasn't budged all week, well it was my TOM so I should be happy that I didn't gain... but I just knew if I got on the scale this morning it was going to move down at least a little but I can't get on it to check!!! ARGHHH So my weight is 205. Working nights I am a coffee fanatic and I can't have it without cream but this week I am really going to try to cut down on my intake and HOPEFULLY that darn scale with tell me I've made it out of the 200's next week!

                          see, you are changing this like the coffee and you have explained, in good fashion, why the scale was not moving. i think at the end of the week you will see some pounds gone!

                            Okay so far so good. I am a true scale addict. I weigh myself at every opportunity. Usually when I go to the bathroom. I had two chances to weigh today at 5:30 am, and at 9:00 am. Both times I was strong and did not step on the scale. It's not even halfway through the day.

                              I seriously put the scale in the trunk of my husbands car. I know I would step on it if its available. I am so weak! I am just so glad that when I weighed in yesterday I was at 229 and had left the 230's behind. It helps to know I crossed that milestone.

                              Doesnt mean I wont occasionally whine here about it.

                                I would have stepped on the scale without thinking this morning if I hadn't put it in the guestroom. In the morning my head isn't always really clear and sometimes I don't even remember who my daddy is, so I'm glad it's in another room!
