    This is a 14 day challenge. You will be weighing once a week. Weigh days are Sunday, March 21, Sunday, March 28 and Sunday, April 4. Please refer to the calendar.
    Awards will be given out on Tuesday, April 6.







    PLEASE READ THE 'RULES'. Your chance of earning the award will be based on the following:
    • TO "SIGN UP", JUST POST TO THIS THREAD. NO FRILLS ARE REQUIRED. A SIMPLE "I'M IN" WILL DO.
    • POST IN THIS THREAD FOR DAILY SUPPORT DURING THE CHALLENGE WEEK, IF NEEDED.
    • REPORT IN DAILY. A FINAL POST IS REQUIRED NO LATER THAN MONDAY, APRIL 5. THE FASTER EVERYONE POSTS SUCCESS, THE FASTER YOU GAIN YOUR AWARD

      Count me in! I have the terrible habit of weighing myself every morning ... and it's quite discouraging!

          I didn't really realize how 'addicted' I was to the scale! It took all my will not to get on that thing!!

          But, I made a commitment to you - and myself - to stay away!

            rebbekka, thank goodness that will power doesn't have to kick in yet! i'm very familiar with the addiction so i know how hard this can be.

            remember, the scale challenge starts on sunday and that will be the official day to weigh [see the lass on the calendar? she's our little reminder].

              Ah! So we don't have to stick to 'walking by' the scale till the 21st of this month! I see!!

              Ok ... but I will attempt to stay off periodically till that time!

                  I am so on the fence about this. A whole week without weighing in. I guess that means I really need it. So, I am in, but I will be posting here a lot!! Thanks.

                  1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                  what the rungs mean to me:
                  rung 1 - more veggies
                  rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                  rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                  rung 4 - berries, melon
                  rung 5 - wine -
                  rung 6 - beans, hummus
                  rung 7 - other fruits
                  rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                  rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                  Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                  (on to pre-maintenance)

                    - 92kg = 202.86 lbs: will get very nice shirt from my DH:

                    - 87.7kg not obese anymore:

                    - 79.2kg not on the heavy side anymore:

                    - 73.4kg not lightly overweight anymore:


                    Currently:
                    -Climbing the Scafell Pike in England, 6180 steps.
                    Done: 867 steps
                    -President's challenge

                          shannon, i sooo remember my first challenge of not weighing. alot of posts, alot of anxious moments but i survived and i know you will too.

                            I have weighed myself daily over a year and a half oh my god Im such and addict but this is a challenge I will try.Count me in this is gonna be hard but I know I can do it!
