      I haven't lost a pound in forever. I might be at goal... I don't know...

      Throwing 7 lbs over the ocean would definitely burn lots of calories!

            I have already started "not" weighing. I haven't weighed for about three pounds now. My friend has been in town and I slid a little off plan. Nothing dramatic, but not great either. My intent is to get back into ketosis by this afternoon or tomorrow and weigh myself on Sunday. THEN, yes, a whole week of not weighing. Seems like an easy challenge, but it won't be.
            149.8/no weigh/ 119



            1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
            what the rungs mean to me:
            rung 1 - more veggies
            rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
            rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
            rung 4 - berries, melon
            rung 5 - wine -
            rung 6 - beans, hummus
            rung 7 - other fruits
            rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
            rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
            Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
            (on to pre-maintenance)

              i'm with ya, shannon. i weighed on sunday and have not weighed since.
              one good thing about not weighing every 10 minutes is that i find, for challengers and myself, we tend to concentrate more on choices. it might be harder for some than others to stay scale free but really concentrating on those good food choices will most likely payoff with a loss. and if a loss doesn't come, you can still feel great because you made right choices for your health.

                Agreed. I had a cheat day yesterday because I knew that I have been doing really well as far as maintaining my weight goes. Had I not been weighing daily, I probably wouldn't have had a slice of pizza. Anyways, I'm looking forward to the start of the challenge, because I think that you're right in the fact that we will make healthier choices.

                  okay! i'm on the right week, the right challenge, the right calendar and all that jazz. sheeesh .... what a time i've had this month. i've been ahead in other things too and it's been waaayyyyy to confusing!

                  we have saturday [you can still sign up] and then sunday will be your weigh day.

                                just as a reminder, here are the calendars one more time. tomorrow is the official weigh day for the challenge and then monday thru saturday is scale free! i know ALL THE CHALLENGERS can do this!
