It depends on how many times you have to wash out your mouth everytime the cuss word slips in the twister, which is speed times distance to the nearest soap dish + work done if there are stairs.

LOL! Like the math Cleo...but of course all that is for naught if you are playing with the rules that you need to have another shooter if you get it wrong..so you have to figure in those calories too...LOL...and of course if you keep getting it wrong there is the sprint to the throne to get rid of it all....LOL!

I think they had to eat a big piece of chocolate cake for a prize..but they didn't cave. The piece was huge and only had 4 g of fat but they figured it would be loaded with sugar so no one ate it...they could have won a virtual bike.

The challenge was that one team member had to run up and down these stairs ten times and they got to pick for the other team who run. The guys picked Andrea and the girls picked Mark. The girls won by a staircase! They also got to pick who would sit out for the guys team.

The girls dropped...I think....a total of 13 pounds with Suzie losing the most. So small numbers again for them.

They picked Seth...who lost ten pounds. And a couple got up there and had lost small amounts and then poor Matt got up there and lost NOTHING! (It had shown him earlier getting up and eating his breakfast in the middle of the night) and he was really upset..he had to step outside to try to gather himself...came back in and was still unable to speak...his team stepped around him to sheild him while he cried. Poor guy!! I really like him...he makes you want to just cuddle and hold him. They are all so incredibly supportive of each other! Then....the Doctor (Jeff?) got on the scale last and had to lose a set amount to win and he ended up losing like 17 pounds I think!!!

So Suzie had immunity and they were trying to decide who to send home...Andrea...who loses a little but her percentage is higher or Jen who loses a lot on the scale...and in the end they picked Jen...in part because she seemed to be bonding with the boys better. She went on to lose a total of 72 pounds all together and is now in the 190 and still going. j

Next week preview...the teams will merge and the challenge has them working as teams of two and they talk about someone who has died of a heart attack at a young age.

Okay...that is all I can remember!

I think Andrea looks really good on the show now. Her waist is tiny! I'm kinda bummed that both Andrea and Suzy weigh less than I do. They still look big to me, and I guess I don't see myself as being that size. Depressing.

I agree, Effie! To me they look vast, but you know, they don't post their heights... they might be 2'3" tall! Like Smurfs!

That must be it, Cleo. No wonder they're called the blue team. Why didn't I pick up on that earlier?! I feel much better now. And by "better" I mean thinner, and taller.

My face is stinging from all the tears I shed during the last 30 minutes of the show. Just when I was getting disinterested, they totally reeled me back in!

I won't say anything else unless some folks haven't seen it yet.

I'm so amazed at the people on that show that I totally went for it on the exercise today! The show was so motivating!

                              treadmill, level 10, 50 minutes, 1050 calories
                              rowed 20 minutes, 27 SPM, 100 calories

Thanks, Andrea! I have to take control of my weight, my health and my life. I'm not going to die young of cancer like so many people in my family.
