You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it. ~Maya Angelo~

          Cleo...

I'll start walking your way, you start walking mine.
We'll meet in the middle, 'neath that ADBB sign.

I'm gaining weight as rapidly as you're losing it (actually, I think I've got you beat, I'm putting on about 1.5 pounds per day). I'm out of control and I can't stop.

I'll meet you at, say, 212ish?

OMG! You made me laugh out loud! Put down the damned Butterfingers! Those things are nasty. You've got to exercise while watching Biggest Loser tonight with me.

                  Re: The Biggest Loser Challenge

yeah, they're not even good (butterfingers, that is).

I need to get out of this rut! The good news is I'm 2 days of exercise away from being slug free in the 6WEC. I'll probably still gain 10 pounds, so being slug free ain't everything.

Tonight's Biggest Loser - I know I say this every time, but I really wish the show would show something about how they're losing weight. They haven't talked about food or even their exercise routine at all. It's all about the game, just like every other stupid reality show. Last year at least they were showing the difference between the "eat more" and the "eat less" diet, even if it was just some whiny girl crying about how hungry she is.

OMH! Mark was so hottieman! I couldn't believe how prettay that boy was! Just seeing his before/after and I was like "Pick up your jaw, girl!" He is a jerk, though. You could kind of see it, but I wanted to like him. I'm ticked they kept the girl! I want to see her update! She's pretty even overweight!

And I am sooo thankful to be more in the weight range the ladies are now, as opposed to the men! I'm not feeling so self-conscious now...*l*

And I was soooo shocked Matt and his teammate came together to vote Mark out. I was SURE they were going to dead-lock on that vote.

                              LOL...yep...something about a man in uniform...LOL!

Yeah...I was surprised too. But when I saw Matt sitting down so he could be the one to talk I kinda figured they decided to vote out Mark. I will give Mark some credit here...he really took a lot of time to let Matt know that it was okay. That is a good friend.

Poor Matt he really puts a lot of pressure on himself to succeed. Makes you just want to reach through the screen and hug him.

Next week my guess is that someone actually gains weight...I hope it is not...but probably will be Matt...that is my guess. I hope I am totally wrong though and it is something else all together!
