    194 this morning - Yes I am smiling!

    So now I will need to figure out how to change my signature again (that was a struggle ) I accept the challenge and I should be able to get it done in the next few days. I will be at home recovering from foot surgery - so maybe I will just hang out with my friends at ADBB!!!

      I am down 3lbs! My new stats are 145 leaving me with 15lbs to go!

            I have 20 mins before I have to leave for school, my hair is still up in a towel, I still have to make my lunch, and sometime eat breakfast...but I had to post here! lol!

              OMG how much do I love this group??? (answer: bunches!!!) I love the support!

              Today is day 3 of induction, and I have lost another 2 lbs so my stats are: 283/275/220 only 55lbs left to go!

              Today I did 3 miles on my gazelle and am feeling awesome! Thank you all for all the exellent support!

                      Take off another pound for me please! Now i am at 220, which I never thought I would see again. i have been over 220 for 7 years! (Except for one very brief dip below about 3 years ago). Anyway, everyone is doing awesome! i am proud to be a part of this group!
