Sharon: No pity from me, just support I know cravings are soooo hard to ignore. One thing that helps me is I tell my self I can have potato chips, but I have to take out the garbage first (or something, anything really), by the time I get back, I've had enough time to decide I don't want it, know what I mean? You can do this!

      twg: Yum!

Rybread: You go girl! Wow! I'm having knee issues as well, guess they just weren't made to haul around this big ole booty! LOL Yay Rybread!!!

Cleo: I'm moving in with you!!! LOL With food like that who needs to cheat?

sharon-- you know, you ate those chips, but you didn't note the rat poop on them? Don't eat anymore rat poop. Just keep on with your day and ignore that you ate the chips.

OK. Major YUM factor on seeing these menus!

Tammy, I'm so stealing your farmhouse pie recipe! I LOVE shredded chicken mammarian appendages! *hip bump* You are the wo-man! And wow, you so kick butt on the exercise! You are motivating me!!!

rybread-- YEAH!!! Way to go! OMG, I'm so proud of you!!! And it is so neat you and hubby are going to work out together. You guys are the sweetest! And might I say Yummo on the menu?! You look really awesome!

LOL Nikki! Come on over! I just made some more avacado/feta salsa to eat on my flax crackers! *drool*

I didn't change twg's stats. She said not too in her email.

I like seeing everyone's menu along with the stats. I just posted a thread in the main forum called 'Eating Confusion' and seeing the menus and ratios and the calories here is very informative. Very interesting!!

I will post mine tomorrow and more replies...it is bed time.

            Great work everyone!!!

I am stuck at 220 for now I guess. Not having a very good week as my hubby's best friend has been virtually living here this week as he goes through a divorce! BLAH. He is on my couch so I can't do my videos, have to walk outside - its cold! Anyway, keep up the losing, people!

                        Lost 2 pounds this week!!!

                        237/213/199/14 pounds to go!!!!

I am really happy with this as I thought I would not lose anything due to whatever was going on with me tummy getting bloated earlier in the week. I am also 1 pound below my set point so hopefully I can get further away from it next week as it is still close enough to make me nervous!!

Re: Mid-Year Resolution Thread For the Week of Oct. 2- Oct. 9

I love reading what you guys are doing! It helps keep me accountable!

Fancy! you lost another half a pound! WOOT! Question: how the heck do you get 1500 calories out of what you ate? Did you hook a mayonnaise iv up to your arm? I'm not seeing the calories in what you ate, there!

{{{andrea}}}! OMG, you reminded me of the time my dad let a divorcing buddy of his stay at our house! I am laughing really hard, but only because I remember my dad was ticked at him for eating all the cereal! LOL! I understand the frustration of someone staying at the house! HEY! 220 is awesome! I always get stuck on the "0" numbers. It's so weird! Right now, I'm stuck on a fiver. What's with those multiples of 5's anyway?!

Elsie-- I think what you've eaten looks GREAT! I know I said this before, but even a salad eaten on a full stomach feeds your fat cells and not your body. Just as your cas doesn't always use the same amount of gas (city driving, versis freeway driving, etc), your body isn't always going to need the same amount of fuel everyday! Imagine trying to overfill your gas tank when you got better gas mileage that day simply because your car always takes 20 gallons of gas... or so it would seem.

And YEAH on the 2 pound loss!!! You're really booking along!

Sharon..please know we are here to support you!! You can do it! Look how far you have come already!! I am wondering if you had a bigger lunch..like added a salad to those HB eggs or spread your meals out a bit more if that would help you fight the munchies a bit?? That way you would still be eating but it would be the right things.

twg..I noticed that there was no ice cream and cake on your menu yesterday. How did you handle it at the office?? Good for you!! Farmhouse pie sounds good enough to serve to the family...if my kids would eat mixed up stuff...LOL

Cleo..I didn't change twg's total. She wasn't 'offically' checking in and told us so. Way to go on the exercise! Incline 6?? You will being going straight up in no time!!

                              jsj...you still here??

rybread...congrats on running!!! How cool is that! And a gym in your building AND DH doing it with you. Life is good!
