    Ok, so today is kinda Not a good day as for feelong really well. LOL I was bad last night I will admit it I did not cheat and I stayed legal to the alcohol rung LOL. But oh, my word I drank too much and I have a hangover LOL I ahve not had a hangover in say 7 years I don't ever drink so 3 drinks was all I needed to ahve me slurring WAAAHHHOOO. If anything it cured my constipation but this headachi is gunna kill me off. OWEY now I remember why I don't ever drink let that be a lesson to you all. DOn't drink and do what I did LOL. Hey I was very responsible I walked home I was a good girl. I NEVER drink and drive the thought of my kids not having a MOM like I never had a MOM makes me sick so I would never do that I wanna be here as long as I can and I am doing that getting healthy and being responsible. Plus one of my dearest friends was killed by a drunk driver so if I ever hear about any of you driving behind the wheel drunk I am gunna beat ya LOL.

    Any how I think I amy do weights later or take a nap LOL. I thiink I need one after only 3.5 hours of sleep what do you all think HA HA HA. Hubby is home now so I might just do that.

    On a lighter note it was totally excellent for the ego to go out I ahve never been hit on so many times and bought drinks never has happened before and my neighbour I found out thinks I have a great BUT. WOOHOOO swollen head here excellent. I feel pretty darn HOT today.

      Hey guys/girls! Joining your challenge. Right now I'm 5 days into induction and in ketosis and am sticking with it for the long haul. My main goal right now is my dedication to keeping everything I eat under 20g NET carbs, staying focused but flexible as situations arise and incorporating excercise for the long haul. Since I have alot of weight to lose, I hope to be about 20lbs lighter by the end of the challenge although I'm sure it'll be more like 10 . The important thing is for me to create a new habit and set a foundation for sticking with it and then move on from there in the next challenge.

        Welcome Slimndown! I'm glad that you have joined, you'll like it here.

        I wasn't apart of this from the start, I joined in last month. But Sarah and Yoly are the experts! Both very supportive and helpful. I hope you enjoy your stay here! I'm here too if you need anything!

        I would like to be at 240 by halloween so thats about 5 pounds. But i've been losing rather quickly (when im cheat-free) so that shouldn't be a problem. My biggest concern though is NOT CHEATING. It's gonna be a tough one!

        Anywho - Good luck with your weight loss goals. You'll do great if you stick to the plan and exercise. Sarah and Yoly are 2 proof's that this WOE really works!

              Hey Nikki and Slimndown Great to see ya. I'm really happy you came to join our challenge it's exciting to have a new mamber to the group of great people we have here how excellent. We are like a little family and I love it. I think you're right on track and do belive that you will lose at least 10 pounds maybe More I am hoping for more for ya. YAY.

              Ok, so I am really tired so exercise isn't happening that's all right though I needed a rest day of sorts after all the dancing and this and that last night not to mention fun late at night I think I should be all right LMAO.

                HEy everyone I am starting out this week deadly strong I gotta tell you I had the best run it was get this 2 hours and 30 minutes of running. Now I'm sure I can walk as fast as I was running but, hey I am doing it and it felt great I didn't get the leg fatigue I ahve been getting and felt like I could really run for hours it was excellent. I did this all while watching Ladder 49 WOW cry...so sad at the end I was running with tears streaming down my fave I just about fell off the treadmill.

                News flash....lady killed while watching Ladder 49 on treadmill was thrown ito the wal. ROFL.

                    Hello, everyone!

                    I came to join the challenge after being encouraged by Speedy and Sheshy! Here I am! Wow, I have to commit to something? Do I have to? lol! Okay, okay. Here goes.....
                    I commit to staying away from things like low carb ice cream and sweets. I will do 3 days a week of exercise (OMG! did I really say that? ) and not weigh in til the end of this month---which will be dang hard. My goals are to lose 10 lbs by the end of the month to get to 318, bump up my exercise by one day more a week by the middle of November, and to be cheat free this whole month. Thats a lot to chew on and I hope I haven't bitten off more than I can. See ya'all!

                        Yeah JUJU!!!! Im so happy to see that you joined. Im telling ya, if you're in need of support this is definately the place. I came here on my last string hoping that I could find *SOMETHING* (anything) to pull me through, and ICES did for sure.

                        Sarah is the cheerleader of the bunch. She's as happy-go-lucky as they come! Always brings me back up when im down in the hole. And Yoly too, she's a wonderful, wonderful person. Like Sarah said, it's a little family in here. I hope you enjoy it.

                        Also - Dont be afraid to post other questions also. I've posted many non-atkins related comments\questions\concerns and got plenty of responses. We're all just trying to help each other here. I hope you make yourself at home!

                        Glad to see that you've made so many goals for yourself. Im just gonna focus on one major one, thats NOT TO CHEAT!!! Im good with the exercise and all that. I just get bombarded (sp?) sometimes and end up falling off. So im pledging myself....no cheats!

                        Sarah - you are your running! I swear i would fall over and die if i ran for two hours and 30 minutes. I cant run for 5 minutes! Although if i was watching a movie i might be able too. But the last time I ran on my treadmill....i almost killed my chihuahua! LMAO!!!
