    K Rikki you want some modivation to run OK, well, go and get all your gear on your running shoes your workout wear and then walk around the house for a bit I am sure looking at yourself and feeling you in your clothes will help. COMMON RIKKI we'll run together think of me running there beside you.

    GO RIKKI GO< GO RIKKI GO!! YOU Can do it, you want to do it. It feels sooo good after you run you feel so empowered and strong after you run. JUST DO IT!!!! NO EXCUSES now go get your stuff on I am just waiting for my littles to wake up and I am off to the basement to do my run.

        hey everyone!
        nothing much to say, just checkin in. Im at work, sittin here munchin on some sausage links. lol. I'm hoping that when I go home on my lunch break that lady will have left a message for me to call her to set up another interview. that'd be great!

        We bought a new bedroom set (comforter, sheet, etc) and it looks soooo pretty! i didnt want to leave it this morning! lol stupid I know.

            Hi ladies! Just checking in letting you know I'm still here and with you on the challenge. I am mostly posting in my journal everyday but thought I'd come in and give you girls a recap. Since the start of the challenge I've lost 4lbs so far (all four in the first week, none in the second) and I won't be weighing in until the end of the challenge. I've started exercising since the beginning and have stuck with walking mostly 3x/week. This week I'm doing an "easy" aerobic video Brook recommended to see if I can speed up my weight/inches lost. I want to do it during the weekdays and then walk 1-2 miles on the weekends (It's hard to jiggle in the house when hubby is home ). I did walk a mile yesterday and did a video session one day last week and a mile long walk a couple more days, also last week. Anyways, today I enter extended induction.....
            27 F 5' 7"
            Before baby: HW:230/195 after 6 months on Atkins
            After baby and current restart: 210/207/120

            Phase: Restarting a clean Induction as of 7/29/2007.

              RIKKI you nut and I thought I was the Nut I ran 6 miles WOOHOO took me 69 minutes holly slow oh well can't be fast all the time LOL. My left foot was hurting half way from the stupid blister the right foot was fab. YAY. The left one is kinda a blood blister so I had to pop it and I am letting it air out good for the blister. I am sitting here right now having a shake aI actually got starving somehting that never happen probably cause of my period YUCK. I am up in weight I can soo tell my legs feel like led filled pellets.

              Slim you're doing great it's normal to ahve a loss one week and not the next especially when you are beginning to exercise the inches will be where you notice the most drastic change so measure measure measure.

              Ok Speedy sending you a thoughtful prayer so that you won't have to stress any more. That lady will phone if she doesn't today give her a friendly reminder tomorrow since she did say she would interview you today. Everything will be great I know it. HAPPY THOUGHTS K. Don't get discouraged with the interview it will all come together when it needs to and that's the truth.

              Ok, I am getting concerned again about Yoly where has she gone it's not like her to not check in even her Journal is bare and she hasn't been on AIM either. Doesn't she know I worry bout her darn it.

              Any how better take off

                          Did I mention I am LOVING FITDAYPC!!!!! It is fantastic! So many more options than the online version!!!! Yeay!!! I know I am going to do better now than ever! It has all these cool little graphs to tell you how all kinds of stuff! Yeay! lol ok, I am a dork. Cleaning cleaning cleaning!!!! I have done 4 loads of wash(still more to do), dusted the living room, vaccumed the rug, swept the wood floors, swept and mopped in teh kitchen, put all the clothes away, unloaded/reloaded teh dishwasher which I will run after dinner, cleaned the counters, dining table, and I am off to tackle the bathroom!!!!

                            Lucky you ahve a dishwasher I gotta do all my dishes by hand GRRRR!! So I don't have an option I have to do them cause if I don't I have a stuck on mess I hate that. I got a ton to do about 5 loads of laundry but, it's soo beautiful out **** with the laundry I'm going outside.

                              You guys are so awesome, I had a test today and studied a total of 14 hours in the last two days. Some how I fit in two 3 hour world series games in there too. Today I went to school and work all day, I woke up at 4:30 a.m. to study and worked 4 hours, did I forget to mention that it's my first day of TOM, GROOOAAAN!!! I feel awful, I can't believe I made it through the day, thank goodness! It took a lot of Ibuprofen to get there but I got through it.

                              Also jon bought me a tiny box of godiva chocolate and i ate it!






                              did i mention it was sugar free, he he. lol, i'm so mean. Anyway it was only two pieces but I definatly needed something, TOM is gonna be a real B**** this month cause I was craving some major sweets, that usually doesn't happen. Oh well, I am doing nothing tonite but sitting on my butt and watching the game (eventhough I have about 3 hours of homework to get done). Did I mention that I only have 6 weeks until the semester is over, yipppeeee!! Balancing school, abi, wife duties, work, eating right, chiropractor visits, side job duties, and excercise has been really difficult and I am sad to say that I have been slacking on the excercise. I feel like I need to just get into synce again, get my rythm back and get back into my groove, that's what I'm working on this week, baby steps and all.

                              Ok, that's it for me today, I'll check back in with ya guys later. *0*
