      Morning all! How is everyone today? I am doing fantastic! Up early so I can do Turbo jam this morning before work!!!!! I won't have time after work becasue I gotta go to stinkin arbys!!! lol, oh well! Hopefully I will have a few minutes to check in between jobs.

      Yoly- you are such a stinker! LOL- godiva, I bet my eyes bulged all the way out of my head before I went down to the next sentence!!! LOL- Hope you are feeling better and the sweet cravings are vamoosh!!!!

      Sarah- I hope you feel better too

      Speedy- fif you ever hear back from the lady?

      Slimn- Way to go on the 4lbs!!! You are diong great! Be sure to check in again soon!!!!

      I did good loggin everything into fitday pc yesterday and here is how it came out...
      fat 85g
      cal 1538
      carbs 21g
      fiber 6g
      net carbs 15g
      prot 85g

      Est calories burned(not including all the housework i did)3224
      which means hopefully I burned an excess of 1686

      Do you guys think fitday throws out a close number for calories burned?

      OK- gotta go do Turbojam before I start running late for work!!!! ttyl

      PS I drank at least 160oz of water yesterday, probably more! yeay me- I am going to float away!!!!

        Great job on getting the excercise in early in the am that is awesome Rikki, you are totally inpiring ME now. That is the beauty of this challenge, when one person needs a pick me up there is always someone there to give it to them.

        I am sooooo tired tonite, last night's game went into extra innings and after sitting through a 5 hour ball game I finally crawled off to bed at 1:30 in the morning. We lost by the way

        There is another game on tonite and we have to win it or we lose the whole series. I am so tired I resorted to a bit of caffeine this morning, I'm gonna be jumpy later but it's ok. I am going to fitday right now to log in my food for the day, this is something I really want to get back into, so here goes ...

          Hey Guys! Glad to see everyone is doing well!

          Yoly--Nice to have you back! When you dont check in every second.......MOMMY gets worried!!! lol!(((ahhemm....sarah....ahheemmm))) I dont know how you do all the things that you do and still remain sane. I admire you for that, you do a great job at everything.

          Sarah--Your running with blisters?!?!?!!? are you crazy? Well, I already know the answer to that, BUT dont you cry everytime you put your foot down? Those are aweful. Congrats on the running though, you dont let anything hold you down.

          Rikki--Good job on the exercise this AM. All I wanna do is stay in the warm spot on my bed and NEVER LEAVE!!! It's so freezing in the morning these past few days, Brrr! A good sweat in the morning would be really nice! I've been dealing with stupid @$$ fitday online and I cant figure it out!!! LOL! That fitday PC that you got, was it expensive?? (If you dont mind me asking) Maybe once I sit down and leave like 10 hours open for just fitday, I'd be able to figure it out!!!

          Slimndown--Congrats on the 4lbs!! That's awesome, you're doing a great job! Keep it up!

          Tickle--I was having a mental breakdown when you came in, LOL, so......WELCOME!!!!! I'm in the same boat as you, main goal is just staying cheat-free. No more here and there stuff. Anywho-i'm glad you're here. you'll do great.

          JuJu--I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW that you are still doing great, because you are you, riiight? Hope everything is well with you!

            Hey I did a tape I didn't run I couldn't but, I did get new socks YAY and some more blister pads to go with my duct tape so I did a 50 minute dance off the inches tape YAY for me it was pretty good I got sweaty I can feel it in my thighs so YAY for me LOL> Hey at least I did something right I am pissy I can't run GRRR. But I will be back good as new soon and be a running machine again.

            Hey glad to see everyone YAY, so good everyone seems to be doing great sorry can't stay too long just wanted to let you all know I did a tape HE HE.

              Thanks Speedy, I have a super hectic life and throwing work into the equation really screwed me up. I am trying to find my way through though, but it is nice to have someone notice how much I'm going through.

                To you yoly. I was going to the gym every morning, working 9-6pm, driving 45 minutes to school to start @ 7, staying there until 9:45 monday-friday. Something had to give, so I stopped the gym but it didnt help. I quit school that was the most important thing in my life but i really had no choice. It was right out of high school and my parents kicked me out, so i had rent to pay or live on the street. So school was my only choice, it had to go. Very sad about that, BUT when things settle down I ****WILL**** start school back up again.

                You're doing an awesome job, dont let anything hold you back

                  Hello everyone!!! Wowo- sarah did a tape! are you kiddin me? lol!!! Well, I actually did Turbo jam this morning. I took off a bit early from job #1 today so I could get about an hours worth of alone time today. Nice to just relax for a few! Right now I have some jalapeno poppers in the oven... I hope they are yummy!!!! I split 2 jalapenos in half lengthwise, put about 1/4oz cream cheese in each of them and topped with some crisp crumbled turkey bacon(1 peice divided)--bake 20 minutes @ 375... They just came out of the oven and OMG- Delicious!!!

                      Oh, Yoly don't think I don't know what you go through I so totally do understand I'm just a worry wart and I know you work hard and are sooo busy but, I just wanna know how my little family is doing cause I LUV ya!! HE HE.

                      Yes, the sky is falling I did a tape YAY. I downloaded some more I may run and do tapes hey it might be a good thig if I'm not too tired LOL.

                      Those things you made sound sooo GOOD RIKKI you chef QUEEN wow can you come stay with me LOL.

                      SO my foot is feeling soo much better I think it was a good thing the top fell off, it hurt like **** this morning but, I think I may be able to run tomorrow we;'ll see how it feels when the shoe goes on.

                      I have no life I took my kiddo to dance I am babysitting so it was fun extra mkids had to go plus I ahd to put them in their Halloween costumes so HEY it was a busy afternoon.

                      I have a screaming headache right now I feel like crappo I haven't ate I have cramps from **** and to top it off I am also A BITCHwith a capital B.

                      Ok I'm going now making supper for my kids I have a steak out for me but, I don't feel like eating YUCK!!

                                Ok this is it guys....my interview is tonight. I talked to her last night, she's going to stay there until I get off of work. I told her i'd be there no later than 6pm because I get off @ 5. That's really nice of her to stay late for me I'm happy, don't want to get too excited but I have a good feeling about it (again). So wish me luck ONCE AND FOR ALL!!! Thanks Guys...!!!
