    WAY to go Yoly I'm sorry everyhting is sooo nuts but you aren't making excuses and are doignit and that makes you a SUPERSTAR.

    Oh, my friend just phoned me and her hair is nice the roots suck but, she is very happy with it right now WOOOHOO. I am sooo increadibly happy she just called and made my entire day HORRAY. SO we are gunna just leave it for a week or so and refoil some color into the roots so YAY that'll be excellent. My stress just lifted so awesome WOOHOO.

    Any how just wanted to let you all know. I would definately use that RUSK again it did exactly waht it said and just removed the permanent. But, if ya use it Rikki if you got it too light well the processer darkens it back up which sucks so ya think you got it out put the processer ina dn BOOM dark that's why we had to do it so many times but, her hair she said is 100000 times better it's muticolored and she Loves it WOOHOO. The only thing that went brassy was her roots.

        I will he's fixing my truck right now I just finished up my run 7 miles this week is killer I have already done 20 miles this week lol but, I'm not complaining.

          OK- Just read back- I forgot to ake tehm again(supplements)... brb... OK they are down!!!Can't believe I forgot. Well, its about 3 and I haven't accomplished much. I ended up sitting down folding clothes and watchinga whole movie- sheesh! I watched fifty first dates. I have seen it before and lemme tell ya- It must be very very close to tom for me because I cried my little eyes out! LOL...

            LOL, Rikki sometimes you just need some down time even if it is to watch a movie you've already seen. Those are the best because you can lounge on the sofa and doze and wake up and know what you missed. I hope you enjoyed your day.

            I got home around 4:30 feeling kind of dizzy for some reason. I had a bit of pain behind my right eye which is a warning signal of horrible horrendous migraine coming. I popped in a movie for abi and layed on the sofa with the blanket over my head for about thirty minutes. I couldn't even sit up without feeling like i was gonna throw up and fall over. When jon came home he found me with a raging fever shivering under a blanket on the sofa. He gave me my pill for migraine and eventhough I still have a bit of a fever and a bit of the dizzy i feel about 80% better.

            I hope I feel better by tonite so that I can workout some.

              Oh Yoly- I hope you get to feelin better!
              I didn't get near as much accomplished as I wanted to today but oh well... It was my day OFF afterall... I got the kitchen cleaned, the bathroom, and the laundry done... I have more letters to write and somet hings to type up for work but hopefully I can get those done later. I am thinking of visiting one of my friends but I may just hang around the house... who knows!

                EWWW yuck I'm sorry you are sick Yoly but best that you rest if you are getting sick I hate headaches and that's what usually floors me if I have to take a day off. (((HUGS)))

                  Thanks guys, I don't want to lose my momentum though so even if I only do my walking/jogging tape that's 30 minutes at least it will be something.

                    Yoly - you're a trooper!!!

                    Today I was able to complete Start It Up again! Looking forward to being able to do that the rest of the week and starting Ramp It Up on Monday! Watch and see - I'll catch Yoly's cold by virtue of sharing the board and not be able to do it....

                      No way Slimindown, I know you can do it. Start it up two days in a row, that is increadible, I am so proud of you. I know exactly what it takes to do that program and it is excruciatingly hard work, the lunges oh god the lunges, then there's the squats and the plies, my arms always want to fall off around the tricep plies, dear god! Great job babe, you are doing awesome!

                      Well I felt about 100% so I decided to do Start it UP after all, but instead of pushing the button for start it up I decided to try Ramp it Up, I rmember it being easier adn thought "eh, why not?" Well I did it, and i feel great. It was really hard but I got through it and I feel fantastic!!! It's been a while since I did it and I am so glad that I am getting back into this.

                      You know I could have come on here earlier and said, "you know what guys I'm feeling sick i'm notgonna do anything today" and i know all of you would have understood and noone would have given me any slack on it. I think the challenge is working, you guys motivate me to push for more. I didn't make an excuse for myself, I waited until I was better and then I went out and did what needed to be done. I couldn't have done that without all of the support you guys give me so thanks!

                        Hey I see a few people lurking around on the topic, why don't you guys come and join our challenge. It's a great support group and we are all here for each other when we're having good days and bad days.

                        Just think, YOU could be the next member of the Price is Right. LOL, just kidding. I'm really not funny, i acknowledge this to the very core of my being and still I try. Sigh, I need to just learn to give up.

                            LOL, i'm not, but thanks for the compliment. I know where my shortcomings are.

                            Ok, so for today this is how i did:

                            B: 1.5 cup chicken breast slices with seasoning, really didn't feel like eggs
                            L: ceasar salad with two hamburger patties and mayo lettuce, tomato, onions
                            S/D: can of tuna with mayo
                            S: two eggs with chorizo, I'm really hungry right now after my workout so I'm about to go eat this

                            My stats:
                            1690 calories
                            20 g. carbs
                            57%/39%/5% - not perfect, that tuna really throws me off
                            Supplements - check
                            Green tea - check
                            water - check
                            excercise - ramp it up! woohoo!!

                            Did I forget something I hope not.

                            Oh guys I finally figured out my BMR it's 1640, and to stay the same weight I need to be eating 2500 calories!!! My jaw dropped when I saw this, I thought there was no way that that could be right but it is, I did the formula over and over again. For weight loss it is recomended to eat somewhere between 500 and 1000 calories less then your TDEE (calories to maintain weight), I've been averaging about 1700 (some days more, some days less) anywhoo I think that's about right. That means that I have a calorie deficit from diet alone of 800 calories, plus add all the calories I am saving through excercise, phew! I hope this is right, it would be awesome if I could be saving that many calories every day.

                                Yoly- U rock~ OK- Good Morning everyone!
                                Sarah- aheemmm, I hope you got a good nights rest to get ready for your run, with your hubby home and all, well, ya know~

                                I just had one egg with two slices turkey bacon. I thought for sure I wouldn't have lost anything becuase tom is beginning... but I am down to 201.4 this morning! Yeay~ onederland here I come!!!! Did TJ 20 this morning and if I have time between jobs(today is my long day) I am going to walk around the block or take the dog to the park again. I am sooo loving this weather!!! I am going to have leftover eggplant lasagna for lunch. There isn't much left but maybe I will have a salad with it too...
