    Rikki-
    How about everything that you make, you ship a portion of it to my house?!?! Where do you come up with the ideas to make all the stuff you do?
    Something new would be fun, it gets a little old eating the same things everyday!lol

    Yoly-Great job, you've bee done awesome since this new challenge started (you did great before too), i'm glad everyone is keeping up the momentum.

    Sarah does seem to get a bit quiet when her hubby is home.....hmmm.....i wonder why?

      Hey guys, thanks so much for the motivation. I feel pretty good this morning, sore as all get out, but still pretty good, it's a good sore.

      I just had a yummy breakfast, eggs and cut up hot dogs. I used ot eat this when I was a kid and now abi asks for it. I decided to make extra for me, it was great!

      I am taking it slow this morning, I am still at home and it's almost 9. I will get up to work soon enough and be a diligent little worker but I wanted to enjoy my morning a bit before. I got up at 8 been hanging out watchin cartoons with abi and all. It's been nice. I plan on walking out of the house at 9, luckily I have a job that doesn't really watch that kind of thing.

      I hope everyone has a nice day, it's gonna be a hot one here around 87 degrees. Can someone remind the weather god up there that is November.

        Yoly--what kinda hot dogs do you get? I was getting those Hebrew National but they are like $5.39 for a pack of 6 or 7. What the? I think thats a little much for a pack of hot dogs, lol. I dont think i've ever asked you, but where do you work? thats gotta be nice to be able to hand around with Abi in the mornings, watching cartoons! she is *SO* beautiful...

          Thanks Speedy, that's the best compliment anyone could ever give me! I buy those Hebrew Nationals too, they are so delicious. I usually buy two packs and freeze one. Most of the time I don't eat them and will just buy plain beef ones for me and Jon but I want Abi to have the HN because they are really fatty and she needs the fat for brain development and all. But this morning I considered it kind of like a gift and had some, I enjoyed them too.

          Work, well I work at the University of Houston as a research assistant. I am only part time and work about 19 hours a week, sometimes less. I have a schedule made up but my bosses know that I am a student and are very flexible with my time. As long as I call if I'm not gonna show up they are ok. They don't even know my schedule, there is an administrative person that has a copy of it but I may see her once a week. It sounds really cool and most of the time it is, but it is also really challenging. You have to be dedicated and motivated enough to get to work every day. It's so laid back that if I didn't want to come in for an entire week everyone would be fine with it, this can get me into trouble, so I really have to watch it.

          I love what I do though, our office is called, The Office of Drug Policy and Social Research. We have research grants for various studies and we perform them mostly in san antonio. How does heroin interact with both street and drug gangs and stuff. The Houston office gets the data and analayzes it, we also write publications, make presentations, and write grants seeking further funding. I know most of you guys are thinking, what how can that be for her. But I love it! I was kind of shocked too because research and bubbly personalities (like mine) don't really mix in my head but somehow it's worked out.

            That's excellent Yoly sounds like everyone is doing oogd and Ya I get quiet when hubby is home he threows off my whole day LOL. HMMM I am running later in the day I don't get my housework done and I have to do sooo much stuff it's nuts all teh stuff we havven't done is packed hard in 5 days EEEK.

            So I wanted to pop in and say hi and I got JIGGLE a$$ and belly hope that really great for me. I am running not sure how much yet we'll see if I only do 6 that's still excellent.

              Sounds like a great thing Yoly. I'm sure your getting alot of great experience for in the future though. So since you work at the university, doesnt that mean you get your tuition cut, or dont have to pay? Thats how it is here at Kent State University....

              Thats gotta be nice not having someone breathing down your neck every waking second! LOL! I'm jealous!

                I wish! Since I only work 19 hours I don't get any of the benefits which kind of sucks but it's ok. When I start grad school next year my position will get transitioned to a Graduate Research Assistant adn I will get 9 hours paid for per semester which is awesome! I also get a big raise then too so I can't wait! Woohoo, I am so lucky I have everything kind of worked out for my future, God has been really good to me.

                Don't worry about your job, your almost out of there. When do you start your new job? Are you planning on taking some time off between this one and the new one?

                Hey question for you guys. Do you notice that after you take your supplements your starving? I have been really hungry these last few days, I can't seem to get enough food. This morning I had a pretty big breakfast too and already I am wanting lunch,that is not usual for me, I usually eat a pretty late lunch and it's early. It could be the new increase in excercise, the supplements, or the green tea. Have any of you noticed this?

                  what supplements do you take?

                  I dont really know, the only thing I take is centrum silver and I havent noticed that. Do you drink green tea b\c it speeds you up, or are there other reasons? I LOVE tea, but for some reason I didnt think we could have it. hmm, im dumb LOL

                    I take a lot let's see; centrum silver, calcium, magnesium, zinc, potassium, B-6, biotin, 3 fiber pills, omega 3, 6, and 9. I think that's it.

                    I love tea, I drink the green tea because I have the slowest metabolism in the world. Luckily I like it too, but I have to get the caffeine free kind. I drink losts of tea but I have to watch the ones that have caffeine. I think it's ok to drink with this WOE.

                      Sounds like you all are doing awesome! yoly, right now I am just hungry all the time. I don't know if it is b/c of tom, exercising more, or what! But geeezzzz! I coulg eat a horse!!! I take a multi w/o iron, fish flax and borage oils, Super B complex(MY FAV), C, and potassium. I always drink mine with like 20oz of water. I don't know if that would make a difference or not!!!

                          LOL ok.

                          Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc - is one pill and it promotes bone strength. You need this on this diet because of the lack of calcium

                          Biotin - promotes the faster breakdown of protein. If you see those Carb Multivitamins the only difference between them and a regular one is that it has extra Biotin

                          B-6 - boosts your metabolism

                          Pottassium - good for your heart and prevents leg cramps

                          Omega 3,6, and 9 - basically they are your fatty acids, they work in preventing a number of deseases like cancer and stuff.

                          Fiber pills - oh these keep you going to the bathroom regularly. fiber is good for youtoo and we dont' get a lot from this WOE so it's always good to take some of these.

                          I think i got them all. I buy my vitamins at walmart, they are pretty cheap there if you get the store brand. just FYI

                              Yay Apex glad you're here and I know you're sick so Just get better and start as soon as you are feeling 100% I am sooo excited that you Joined another person to add to the family (((((GROUP HUG)))))

                              So I ran today yes I did I may be MIA but, that's no excuse I ran 9 miles and I exercised for 2 hours today WOOHOO I ROCK baby and it felt sooo excellent. I ahve already ran 29 miles this week and it's only wednesday can you say FREAK.

                              Hey youly thanks for posting on the Suppliments I was Gone but, I am back and I wouldn;'t add a thing except to say that you need to take the suppliments for your body and for you to feel FAB. The B Vitamins are totally excellent and will give you energy which is WOOOHOO.

                              Holly cow I am sooo hot I'm gunna have a WHOOSIE I know it I'm excited.

                                Speedy- Try the b6, as yoly says it boosts metabolism, But I swear I feel sooooo much better the days I take it- much more energy!
