    Ya Just suppoes to take motrin every 2 hours and tylenol every 2 hours LOL. I feel yucky I don't like to take anything but, T3 makes me pukey so I guess. SO I alternate those two pain pilles every 2 hours so there is 4 hours between them LOL. They were gunna give me an IV last night I'm like NOOOO WAY I don't want that sugar water PROMISED them I would drink lots and lots. ROFL. I have been and I'm ppeing like crazy. I was un such pain when I went in they gave me demerol im my ***. I have a bruise now YUCK. And that made me Screwy so I'll stick with the tylenol and stuff. It's feeling way better I only notice it when I move around a lot.

      I'm so glad to hear that your better, I was really worried about you. Sucks about the infection but at least they caught it early and your taking antibiotics and pain stuff to clear it up. Yes I am gonna tell you to go lay down and I'm glad that you are listening to your body, it is yelling at you to "TAKE IT EASY" for a while. Listen to it! or i'm gonna have to go over there and nock some sense in you, you are not good to us sick, so get better and jump back in when your 100%. Said with all the love in the world, you know i luv ya.

        Hi guys!!!! Glad you are feeling better Sarah! Yoly- OK, You are probably gonna need to help hold me up tomorrow because I did Si6 ramp it up, slim and limber, slim and six pack,_ ALL today!!! Go me!!! I am hungry, about to eat dinner...spinach bake- kinda like spaghetti bake but of course, no spaghetti! I will try to check in later!!! My butt hurts, from that stinkin debbie seibers------

              Hi girls! Glad some of you are doing well - Sarah, please feel better soon!!!!!!

              OK - I attempted RIU and it just wasn't gonna happen. I got through the first 3 blocks ok but started to sputter out after that. Tomorrow I'm gonna aim for 4 blocks and then pick up where they use the bands and so on everyday after that. Gotta get stronger somehow....

              Oh! And thanks for the input girls - really needed it. I'll hang in there....

                WOW rikki - that is fantastic, LOL, if you need me to come hold you up just holler I'm sure you'll return the favore someday soon. Seriously, awesome job on putting yourself first, slim in 6 pack kills me! But the Ramp it UP ab work is enough to make me wanna cry to begin with, you go!

                Slimin- great job on getting the Ramp it UP done, I am so proud of you! You are finding a modification that really works for you, great job! I'm not sure if you have the old slim in 6 (like me) or the new one. But the old one I have to say the first 15 minutes or so are the hardest, you do plies, lunges, ab work x2, and squats, after that it does hamstring which i think are pretty easy (it's really hard for me to get into my hamstring for some reason) and then resistance bands. If you made it the first 3 sections then you did some of the most difficult stuff. I am so proud of you!!! Keep up the fantastic work, it's amazing but you really do build your strength up quickly with those excercises, soon you'll be doing the whole tape through and wanting more, look at rikki up there.

                Ok, I woke up early today and am about to go do Ramp it UP, my stomach is hurting a bit this morning so I may have that nauseus thing that I get some times, not to worry if that happens I'll just fit it in later in my day somehow.

                I made biker goddesses' pizza this weekend and before it cooled down i cut it up into slices and put it in tuperware. I've been having a slice or two every day since then so I don't go over too much on my cheese, let me tell you though it is delicious and will probably make one every weekend to last me through the week, i'm such a pig. oink oink!

                  OK- I gotta know- whats biker goddess pizza????- I hope its not another one of those I would tell ya but don't wanna make you gag type recipes!!! LOL Surely not with the word pizza in it!!!!

                  OK- so I haven't had the scale move anywhere but up lately- howeer I have lost some inches. Yeay! It is looking as though I am destined to be over 200 for the rest fo my life!!! sheesh! I am so sick of seeing the 200s~!!!!!!! I am gonna work out extra hard today and eat good foods. I have got to get over this 200lb hump!!!!! Its driving me NUTSO!(7.5 inches lost in 2 weeks since I signed up for 6WEC!)

                    Hey everyone I feel pretty darn good today Sleeping was the pits till I nodded off then it was all right so I am doing my run today LOL> I know I know I won't overdo it and I'll be sure to listen to my body I promise.

                    SO how is everyone elese doing hopefully great. I'm gunna have to make me some of that Biker Godess Pizza I have never done it before I am soo freaken broke it's hard to get the stuff needed for a lot of these recipes. SO I am happy with my eggs ROFL. I swear I am guunna turn into an egg.

                      I'll post the recipe when I get home, it is fantastic, tastes just like regular pizza! The crust is made out of cheese and egg, you let it burn a bit so it gets crunchy, then you can put whatever toppings you want on it, yummy! By far the best atkins friendly recipe around.

                        K guys I ahve to Tell you I am having Mental issues I feel like **** I feel Worthless and I don't know what the heck is going on. I came here to get your help cause I know you will all help to pick me up. I don't wanna cheat or anything I am just fighting with myself lately. Is it worth it is it this is it that. I am sick of the thoughts in my head. STOP the Self Sabotage. That's what this is I am closer and closer to goal and it seems arder and harder to stay focused on what I WANT. Lord Help me I hate feeling like this but, I need to get it out or I will cheat.

                        So everyone Please help me I Love you all and am asking you to Pick me up cause right now I am laying on the floor in a pile of MUD!!

                          Sarah- Don't cheat it isn't worth it!!!! You can't cheat because it will cause a chain reaction in this thread and then before you know it we will all be cheating adn gain 50lbs! LOL... I know how you feel. It seems the more comfortable I get with myself the harder it becomes for me to do well. If that makes sense. The first time I did Atkins I lost 53lbs. Then I just didn't lose anymore I think because I was soooo much better with myself than I was before so it didn't matter as much to me as it did before. That is sooooooo not right! I want to BE HEALTHY! and so do you- I know I can't inspire me as much as you do everyone here- but don't feel so down on yourself it is totally not worth it. Have you exercised today? That always is sucha great mood regulator for me!!!! I was feeling so so this morning and now that I have worked out(RIU &TJ20) I feel great! I hope you feel better reall quick like!!! ***hugs***

                            You've been cheat-free for a Y-E-A-R!!!! And you've lost almost 100 pounds!!!! Why in the world would you want to ruin that? You have done so well, and inspired so many people to begin this WOL. You are a role model so the rest of us who only hope to one day be cheat-free for a year.                               Sarah - just remember that you are on meds now and probably more sensitive to them then ever because of this WOE. Your mental issues may be a slight side effect of what you are taking, it's not unheard of. My hubby was on T3 and would get really irritable on it. Plus being a little out of commission can get you down. Just look at it as a forced vacation and do what you can . Maybe even read a book other than DANDR 2002 for once!!!!!

                                Ok, ok, go out there and run your little heart out. I know that's what you need to get your head on strait. In a situation like this you have to ask yourself what is the different factor affecting this once stable situation. Before you were a phene about excercise, you were dedicated, determined, and 100% HERE. Now what has changed, your on meds, you haven't been aroudn the board as much (don't think i hadn't noticed) and your not excercising because of illness.

                                First step, sit down and look back over your journal on how shitttty you felt before losing weight, look back at the millions of times you sabotaged yourself by cheating. Then look at your change over time, how good you felt when you started excercising, look at your pictures, picture crossing the finish line of your 10K. Picture all of those things and if you still want to cheat I say go for it. Nothing anyone says or does is gonna pull you out of it, only you can do it. I know you can! We all know you can, do you know you can?

                                I know about the insanity that sets in the closer you get to your goal, hello remember last month? Some of the things that helped me were coming on the board more, even if I couldn't stand some of the poeple here I came and read, and posted and did it over and over again until I felt back into my groove. I made a plan, I sat down and looked at what I wanted for myself and more importantly for my family. I also just jumped back in head first into excercise, I had to decide to do it and did it, without thinking about it. Just do it, I know you can. Finally my friends helped me out tremendously, all of the people on this challenge wondering where I was, hoping I was ok, worrying about me,the same way that we are about you helped me. If I didn't do it for myself or for my family I knew I had an obligation to the people here on the challenge, a challenge I helped start, as did you.

                                If nothing else, I know the guilt will kill you afterwards, and it will be so bad that it may cause you to spiral off and keep on cheating, you don't want that, I know you don't. You want to put on a cheerleading outfit and pigtails and take a picture with your pom poms for us. Your the girl that wants to wear a bikini on a beach in the summer. You are the girl that has sacrificed so much to get to where your out. Those lost pounds represent so much, they represent your energy, your time away from your kids, all the effort that went into them, you can't let that be for nothing. I know you'll make the right decision, I have no doubt in my mind that you will put YOU first.
