  • ICES REVISITED (NO EXCUSES) All or Nothing!!!

    Ok, so we decided we all needed a major Kick in the But, all of us were getting Slack and needed some serious recommitment. So here I am laying it down for EVERYONE.

    Rule Number 1

    NO CHEATING PERIOD (NO EXCUSES) there are none that will fly if you want this for you)

    Rule Number 2

    EXERCISE (NO EXCUSES exercise must be priority and commitment is key!!)

    Rule Number 3

    This is a no Excuses Challenge we have 6 weeks to get or buts in gear commit to ourselves and to our own bodies. YOU ARE DOING THIS FOR YOU!!!! Nobody elese.

    WE WILL DO THIS.

    Rule Number 4

    Common People I wana a goal for the next 6 weeks I wanna hear how bad you want it how committed you are how much you are gunna lose, Anything and everything you wanna commit to this I want it written down. It's you who make YOU accountable.

    Now LETS Just DO IT!!

    I want to lose 10 pounds in the next 6 week.

    I am commited to changin my eating as of right now. I have let the carbs creap up on me so right now I am back to Strict induction I WILL NOT let anything GET IN MY WAS no matter what.

          Yyyyeaaaayyy!!! A fresh new one!
          We are gonna rock this time around ladies, I know it!

          I will NOT CHEAT!!!!!!!!
          I will exercise 5 times a week
          I will lose 30lbs. by December 31st. (roughly 3.75lbs per week)
          I will not make any excuses, I come first!!!
          I will NOT give in to temptation
          I will not let anyone else tell me it isn't possible.

          My goal seems a bit far off compared to the others, but I'm basically just begining my weight loss and I lose pretty quickly when I'm strict on induction. I need this to happen for me. I no longer what to feel the way I feel now, and I dont want to be ashamed anymore. I will put myself first from here on out. This is for me to be happy and finally get back to the way I was, and better! I will NOT let my family tell me that "it isnt working" or let them get me down about my WOE, or anything for that matter. I know in my heart that I can do this, now I just have to do it. Here's hoping that by December 31st....I will be atleast 30lbs lighter!

          Good Luck Everyone!!! I know we can do this with each other's help!!!

            Yeay, I love the energy I am getting just from reading the posts!

            Ok:

            No cheating.
            Excercise 4 times a week, (at least).
            I want to lose 10 pounds by Christmas.
            I will put myself first.

            More imporantly for me then the 10 pounds is getting that feeling back, I want the feeling back that I was feeling when I was doing everything right, taking supplements, drinking water, eating perfect, excercising. That is my goal for the next six weeks, I need to bring back the feeling. I know it sounds silly but that is really what I need. Once I start feeling that way, like one big walking Muscle (lol) I know I'll stick and nothing or no one will come before my health again!!!


            P90X Challenge: 24/90 done, 66 to go!

              By the way, I looked majorly hot last night for halloween, I got a full body pic taken and once I get it I will post it on my siggy. Can't wait, it is a fabulous picture.

              How was everyone's Halloween?

              You know what I love about this group, that I can come in here and say bitchy an no one even has to comment on it ... thanks for making this a safe place for me to come and be myself, it's one of the few places on this board that I really enjoy.

              I am drinking Green Tea this morning to ramp up my metabolism, I skipped out on breakfast this morning (sigh) so I have to run to the the store on campus and get something legal, maybe pork skins or something, this is part of my recommitment, I will have my foods prepared before hand.

              Note to self: come up with a way to take supplements without gagging after each and every one, it would really help me commit to taking them every day.

                Hello Hello Hello- Goodbye Jello jello jello! I am committing to exercising at least 600 minutes each month... That averages 20 minutes per day for 30 days. I am going to BE PREPARED! Becuase if not, I am giong to fail! Fitday fitday fitday, need I say more! 1500 calories is pretty close to goal, as long as I am somewhere near those lines, not more 2000 calorie days! at least 80oz of water- most days should be more.

                Yeay- We are all going to do great! I can tell by all the energy in here!!!

                    Oh God, I am starting this Challenge today sick as heck I have major cramps in my Stomach but, good news is I WEIGHED DA DA DA 193 this morning WOOOHOOO. I am down 5 pounds since 1 month ago. I wasn't expecting that YAY how freaken excellent.

                    The energy in this room is off the chart it's totally rocking here.

                    Slinin sorry bout the change but, the lack of ambition in the other thread led me to totally make a new one and really kick some major But. I think we are all sick of excuses I don't make many but, I ahve been eating too much stuff and I know if I kick it down I'll do wonderful.

                    I am so happy to see everyone reved for this new Challenge lets all kick some A$$!!

                    Now I'm gunna go lay down before I hurl hope tomorrow or later today will bring me to feel better.

                      (((Sarah))) hope you feel better. I have decided not to run or jog today but I am going to walk for at least 90 minute if not more... It is cloudy and cool and I just feel like exercising but taking it easy. So, since I am taking it easy I must do it for longer!!!193- You go girl!                         Hey guys, I agree about this energy!! It's crazy in here. So I was posting in here earlier and it was a pretty good one too, lol! about how much I luv all you!!! and then the sky fell down on me. I was at work and the crapola hit the fan, i'm talking big time! Those women finally hit the last button on me and so did a couple other people. But i'm not even gonna talk about it in here, dont want to ruint his energy, lets just say that i'm home now, in a peaceful place and I am going to meet with my new employer again tonight and then we can decide on a starting date, GOD i cant wait!!! I still havent told my current job that im leaving, im gonna wait until the least expect it, TOMORROW, which is like one week from voting day, when this company in on the ballot and we have been kissing some major @$$ just to get it to pass, so they are totally gonna be screwed when I leave, LMAO!!! thats great...

                        SOOOOO Anywho---Ya'll all like my extended family, everyone of you brings a certain something to this group that just makes us all fit. Its sucha great place in here.

                        GGGGGEEEEZZZ, my goal looks unrealistic but i dont think it is. What do you think? The first time on induction I lost 18lbs and then started this challenge and cant keep from cheating, but like one time i cheated for an entire week, gained 11lbs back and lost in all in 5 days....so think that once im strict on induction PLUS exercise, it will come off. I feel like im making excuses for my goal...but i just dont want you guys to look at the number and think im crazy. I really think I can do this and I think that its tottally possible. and knowing that I have a goal like that will make me stick to it more, it gives me something to work towards, with a deadline.

                        Well anyway, enough rambling, Have a great day everyone.

                          Okay, personal goals: 1) Not touching scale until the end of the year (that will be hard). 2) I will NOT cheat: no coffee (ouch!), definitely no beer or diet soda, 3) NO nibbles of things I think I can't do without having a bite of, 4) and I will do Slim in Six the rest of the year - at least 5 days/wk and one day a long walk (2.5+ mi), 5) Keep calories around 1200.

                          All of these are BIG goals for me, so I hope I can stick with them!

                            Hey Speedy don't you change your goals and think you can't do it so what if you don't get to the 30 pound Damn girl I know if you stick with it that is a totally attainable goal you just gotta be strict you gotta be persistant and most of all you gotta do this for you. No matter where you are in 6 weeks you'll do great so don't Back talk JUST DO IT. NO EXCUSES. I know you can.
