    Thanks Sarah--I needed to hear that. I just didnt want everyone else to think my goals are unrealistic. I know I can do it! Now with this new job (I wont have to deal with dozens of donuts and bread awaiting me at my desk in the mornings) So I will not be eating all day, plus starting a place with new people, new surroundings always slows down my appetite anyway. And not being around all those women, It sounds really stupid but those people REALLY brought me down, all the time! So I think thats why Im so pumped full of energy, I dont have all that extra stress on me.

      Speedy- I am glad things are working out so well for you- We told you they would didn't we?!

      Slimin- I totally agree with Sarah- Go for it girl! We believe in you- You know better than anyone else what your body feels!

      Sarah- whoa- abs baby! Andaheem, maybe we could get another ices tag? maybe one with NO EXCUSES on it? Just a thought, I know you don't feel well now, but maybe when you feel better?

        oh yeah, new thing I tried today, just used what I had in the frindge, gotta do some plannign and grocery shopping...
        5oz sredded cabbage
        4 oz zmoked sausage cut into small peices
        1 can beef broth
        1 can water
        1/2 can tomatoes with green chilis

        simmered all for about an hour or so, I ended up adding some more water at the end but it is pretty yummy!

          Hello, just got back in from class you guys have been some posting maniacs today.

          Ok, let's play catch up.

          Speedy - I know you can accomplish your goal, I believe in you, we all do. But more importantly then all that is that YOU believe you can do it, if you know you can do it and affirm that idea then it will become your reality.

          Rikki - I love the goals you posted for yourself and am gonna have to borrow a few for my journal

          Slimn - I knew I haven't been around much since you've been here so let me take the time to welcome you aboard, welcome!!! So your a fan of the squat **** too, huh? I am with you and am modifying my goal, I will do slim in 6 at least 4 days a week until the end of the year. Maybe you can come down to Houston and carry me up the stairs in a few days I know I'm gonna need help, the third day back in is always the worst.

            I was able to snag a bottle of water, a cheese stick, and some pork rinds from the campus store. It hasn't been the most nutritious day but at least I got some good legal foods in there. I am going home and making me some cauliflower mashed potatoes, so yummy! I am totally addicted, I bought 5 bags from the grocery store yesterday. "Hi, my name is Yoly and I'm a cauliflower addict" (i know, i know, i'm a dork).

            So far I've had:

            B: cheese stick 1 oz pork rinds, green tea (decaffinated) with 2 splends packets
            L: 1 oz of pork rinds (i know kinda skimpy on the lunch side but I'll add something in when I get home)


            Tonite I'm gonna cook a bunch of stuff to get prepared for tomorrow. I woke up this morning at 4 so that I could get some studying in and you know what, I feel great! Tomorrow I'm gonna do the same thing but instead I'm gonna work out uninterrupted at home. I'm gonna do Slim in 6 tonite and then wake up early and do some more tomorrow, of course I have to go to bed super early like 9 in order to be able to get enough rest but I really enjoy my solitary mornings and I find that I get much more done.

              Hey! Just joined the excercise challenge, woohooo! I can't wait for it to start on Sunday. It always helps me a lot to be able to go there and post every day. I screwed up royally last challenge and felt so ashamed but not this time! Can't wait, can't wait. I am gonna go home and work out tonite and the rest of the week in preperation for the challenge.

              Anyone else in this time around?

                K I just Woke Up from a nap and feel 10X better yay I must have needed that for sure still have the crappers but, I know I'll be great WOOHOOO.

                WOW I had to do a bunch of reading here when I came back on. Glad to see everyone is so pumped it's a nice feeling to come on here and everyone is so positive except me the mood killer LOL. I am sorry guys. LOL.

                  Yeay for you yoly! I can tell you are gonna be squating like heck soon! I too Love Si6 but, I have become addicted to turbojam. I just did some of it and I feel great. Just got out of the shower and I am afraid to look at my hair. I washed it 6 times and I don't think I got all the black out of it from Halloween. Oh well...... we will see after I dry it! Glad you are feeling better Sarah! whooo hoooo we rock!

                    LOL, I need a pic of you with black hair, I bet it looked great. I can't wait to post the one of me with blue hair, lol.

                    Ok so I thought about it and I know if I jump back into Si6 right away I might hurt myself so instead I decided to do my walk.

                    I DID IT!!! 3 MILES! WOOHOOOO!!!!
                    I know it doesn't sound like much compared to what I was doing before but it's the first time I've done anything in a while and it was actually pretty hard, I was feeling sore, and I know I'm gonna hurt tomorrow. It felt great losening up my muscles and all though, so I am going to be doing this for a while and then when I feel like it I'll jump back into Si6. I'm not putting any pressure on me though, just gonna take it easy.

                      Hi! Just checking in to say I'm within my goals. Had my water, exercise, and I'm within my carb and caloric goals. Feeling good!

                        Yoly thats great!!! Wonderful to exercise after not doing it for a while huh?! I exercised my 90 minutes, did 60 @ the park and then Turbo Jam for 30 this afternoon. I also joined the 6WEC! Yeay!!!!! ok got back from dinner it was yummy, but I am still feeling hungry:/ I gotta post my totals in fitday to see if I can have anything else... sheesh!

                          Ok, my wrap up for the day:

                          1600 calories
                          10 grams of carbs
                          75%/23%/2%
                          Excercise - check
                          Water - 70 oz. (not perfect but pretty good)
                          Green Tea - check
                          Supplements - not today, will start them in the morning
                          Lunch for tomorrow - not yet, but am waking up early enough to make it

                          Ok, I'm gonna do that or some deviation of it every night, just to keep me here and accountable. I am planning on waking up early tomorrow a.m. probably around 4 to get some study time in and my walk. Wish me luck, I hope this new schedule agrees with me. It's nuts that I have to get up at 4 to fit everything in, oh well a girl's got to do what a girl's got to do.

                            Not sure what I'm doing tomorrow but, if I am feeling better you know what I'll be doing that's right running HE HE.

                            I feel a bit better again I am not gunna eat anything I'll just drink I got my chicken Broth and my Ginger ale Diet and I am well hydrated that will probably make a big difference.

                            I probably only had 400 calories today so I feel horrible and I ahve a headache from **** I'm sure I'll be starving when this bug leaves my intestins and I quit having such bad cramps. LORDY LORDY.

                            So till tomorrow take care and

                                today is going to be a sucky day i can feel it. I start TOM and I woke up with an extremely soar throat, ooouch...
                                I will be in later to post what I had yesturday, have a great day




                                (update: went to the meeting last night with new employer, now have to wait again until friday for final decision and wage proposal) I really dont like these 'real' jobs, i like just calling and saying hey can i be hired, sure you'll make $3.00\hr and you start tomorrow, OK!!! LMAO, this negotiating stuff is rough!!!
