    Ya I had Chicken Broth last night and It made me feel sooo much better something about chicken I dunno. So if your throat is sore and it makes you feel good I really don't think it's a problem but, like Yoly said drink up cause of the Sodium.

    Hello Lots2Lose Welcome to our little support haven we are soo happy for you, To be successful you have to start small and work up big, we all started exercising small and in time it will grow into EXERCISITIS LOL a disease of the exercise addict LOL. I think your Goals sound sooo excellt this is gunna be a crazy challenge we are going for basically 2 months and I know if you want it bad you can and WILL do it for you.

    I wanna lose 10 pounds in my 8 weeks I think that's how long we said right till the 31st of December WOOOHOO.

      OH OH, did I tell you I ran 8 miloes and saw my SEXY CHIROPRACTOR even gave him Pics and Guess what he put them up and wants to show everyone WOOOHOO. Who's the woman ME ME.         Way to go Sarah on your run, thats fantabulous!!!!

        I think that since monday when I kicked my butt into real strict gear, i've been drinking sooooo much water so i should be fine with the broth. I've been peeing (TMI) like every 15 minutes or less!!! I went home on break and walked upstairs and went pee, then i came down into the kitchen and i swear i already had to pee again!!! crazy stuff this WOE does....



        (update: today around noon my new boss, called two of my references, who work here in hel| with me now, and the responses were awesome and the new boss told them how much they liked me and were 'in love' with my personality and wit! WOOHOO, ok...we now return you to your regular scheduled program)

              LOL Sarah! You guys are typing too much! LOL I don't have time to read everything, but I did anyway...
              ok, summary-
              Sara- Glad you are feeling better, WTG w/ the cute chiro and the run

              Yoly- I think most times bars are bad, however Last time I did atkins(I know I am not you) I ate them every morning for breakfast and still lost... who knows though, I could have been losing faster I guess

              Lots- Welcome!!!!! So glad you are here... we are not super duper exercise hounds, but we love to hear when one of our members has been doing it!!!

              Aheeemmm, I did TJ20 this morning and walked both(at the same time) my 60+lb dogs for 40 minutes!- instead of napping between jobs! Go me!!!

              Speedy! Yeay for you- too bad those losers don't stand a chance against you eh? They are gonna be sorry when you are gone!!!

              Where is everyone else, hope I didn't miss anyone... OK- gotta get ready for work!!!

                LOL, we are some posting maniacs today, I love this momentum. Great job on the run Sarah!!! I know you were gonna hold back and only do 6 but you pushed through and accomplished what you really wanted to do, hooray!

                Speedy - I can't wait until you start working at your new job, it sounds like such an awesome place and that you will really fit in there with all of the people.

                Rikki - good girl on the excercise.

                You guys all rock and I am so glad that I am part of this challenge. Ok I better run I have to quickly throw something for dinner and then it's study time from 6 to about 11 at the local Starbucks. I have two papers and an exam all due next Tuesday and I want to finish up as much as I can tonite. Thank goodness I worked out this morning or else I wouldn't have been able to today. Hooray! Finally I found a way to get my excercise in. I'm waking up early from now on. Even if it is at 4.

                      Hey just got home, I had menudo for dinner. Yum, my mommy made it for me, so legal food and I didn't have to cook it, it was a double wammy. I am headed off to bed her soon, I got to get up early to excercise!

                        Hi! Checking in. Glad everyone's on track. I almost called today a "rest" day. I had been gone running errands all day then I got home about 2 and put my daughter down for a nap around 3 and was due to leave at 4 to run another errand and bring hubby home and all the evening rituals with cooking, blah blah blah.....I'm a low energy type person and was going to take a nap between 3-4. I rested until 3:45 then my errand called and rescheduled for later so, I didn't have to leave until 5!

                        I've been a good girl today and actually made it ALL THE WAY THROUGH Start It Up - for the very first time in all of my attempts - on SI6. After, my legs were shaking like I was standing on noodles. If I can make it through that tomorrow and Friday (maybe Sat too), I can possibly start Ramp It Up for the very FIRST time EVER!!! (I've had SI6 for a while).

                            Ugh I just got home from work. I am pooped. BUT, I still feel pretty good!
                            Slimn- I find it much easier to do ramp it up believe it or not. When you are going slower it burns more!!!! I am so proud ofyou for doing it though!!!! I haven't done that one in a while... hmmmm I should soon, but now I am addicted to Turbo Jam!!!

                            Sarah- hahahaha... clean board...hehe

                            Yoly- What is menudo? I love to be able to eat something someone else has cooked, although, it doesn't happen often! We have friends we eat dinner with occasionally and they have two kids who don't eat vegetables, unless you count poatoes(mashed or french fried, and corn.) I swear when we go there I always have to bring my own veggies and Bf, me and her hubby are all that eats them... A typical meal for them includes Some fried meat or hamburgers or steaks, mashed potatoes or french fries, macaroni and cheese, and maybe corn. I swear I don't know how they can eat those things everyday and feel good. If I don't eat my greens I am miserable! LOL.... guess its just the way you are brought up sometimes. I think if she would eat those things her kids would too- or at least try them! ok- enough of that. I do love them I just can't believe their meals EVERY time we go over there!!

                              Good Morning girlies!!!

                              OK, got TJ20 in for the day. Eating 1 egg with zucchini, mushroom, tomatoes with green chilis, and turkey bacon! Yum! All for only 200 calories! And its a plateful!!l I used a whole zucchini so it is higher in carbs, but... It will work!!! I made taco meat last night that I will take for lunch today...

                              I will be at the salon late this evening I have a color appointment this evening at 5 so I won't be out of there until probably until at least 7:30 or so... Oh well, gotta make money sometime right?!

                              I hope everyone has a great day!!! I will check in tonight!

                                Boy Rikki I remeber that when I worked in the Salon long days on the feet I don't miss it LOL. I like doing it at home and taking my sweet *** time eveyonr I have that comes to my place is really excellent and I just Bullshit and visit and have coffee much nicer environment and I'm my own boss that was another bad thing I had the worlds shittiest BOSS EVER.

                                So today is 6 mile day I was eating chicken last night and caught a pice in my throat and think I scratched my throat cause it's sore this morning darn it oh well sucks to be hope I'm not catching something elese damn well better not be ROFL.
