    Hi Supreme-Diva,

    Thanks for letting me in on this challenge! I look forward to getting motivated and helping to motivate others on the quest to lose those inches!

    Here are my stats:
    SA: (did not measure)
    SW: 45"
    CA: 43"
    CW: 42"

    BTW, I do have a cardio program as well as weight training program. I do the bike and treadmill for cardio. With the weight training, I work my arms, shoulders, chest, legs and of course the sit-ups.

    Also, I won't be here again until Aug. 3rd, so when I'm back, I will give you my stats for the 2 weeks missed. I will be going on vacation and won't have access to a computer, so I will miss you all until I'm back!

          Welcome Chyyna and Blackinese! Congrats Langford, an inch is awesome! Especially from that dreaded lower ab area! You guys are great inspiration to me! I have done my treadmill and elliptical 2 days in a row now and plan to do it tonight as well. I did 80 crunches last night. My lower belly has gone down 1/2 an inch. (I know it's not check in day yet, sorry) Anyhoo, keep crunchin'!! :wave

                Hey Supreme Diva

                I just thought I'd give you my starting abdomen measurements. It's 36 inches and my waist went down a half an inch!!!!! I'm really happy. Unfortunatly I haven't had the chance to do my pilates for 3 days in a row!!! I'm a little sad but I'll get that and the treadmill in by Sunday. Keep up the good work everyone

                    Well if it isn't to late, I would like to join this challenge. I will post my measurements a little later.
                    You are all doing a wonderful job, so keep up the good work.
                    Supreme Diva, this is a great challenge as the belly area is a difficult one for most of us and if like me you are also over 50 then that adds to the difficulty.

                                Welcome all newcomers! Glad to have ya!

                                So I was really good all week, then today I had pizza. :sadblinky
                                I have exercised and done my crunches and drank tons of water, so hopefully I won't have too much gain. I am down 25 lbs. now and I don't want to blow it! I am enjoying my crunches and imagining what my belly will look like once all the fat on top of it is gone! This challenge is helping me to keep up the exercise though, so thanks you guys! :hug
