Thanks for letting me in on this challenge! I look forward to getting motivated and helping to motivate others on the quest to lose those inches!
Here are my stats:

SW: 45"
CA: 43"
CW: 42"
BTW, I do have a cardio program as well as weight training program. I do the bike and treadmill for cardio. With the weight training, I work my arms, shoulders, chest, legs and of course the sit-ups.
Also, I won't be here again until Aug. 3rd, so when I'm back, I will give you my stats for the 2 weeks missed. I will be going on vacation and won't have access to a computer, so I will miss you all until I'm back!
