      gald to see u looking for achallenge .
      i dont want to demotivate u but can we set some realistic weight Goal,i know u can!!!but i cant see u stressing on scale.
      we have one month 7 days only . but choce is yours

          Thanks for caring sadie . i think you are right . i am gonna aim for a 10lb loss so goal weight will be 233 and still try and fit into those pants comfortably . Gonna change my siggy now lol .

            aww thanks for listening to me,u can do 10 lbs easily even more just aim for 10 and u will be surprised/happy if u have lost more(keep away from scale in the meanwhile)

                  Good for you Ebony! I think 10 is reasonable for you! A few of us are shooting for that. Welcome to all the new comers. Someone please pour water into me. For some reason I am having a hard time lately....and I am a firm believer that water plays a HUGE role in my weight lose. SIGH!

                      Thanks Elsie! You better go too! There's a lot of people counting on each and every one of us for motivation but most important, we're doing this for ourselves. Just imagine what it's going to be like when you get to 180. You will then be really far from the 200s, and only 30 pds away from goal....so keep up the good work because we want to start seeing you chugging that water.

                        1. Drink my 128 ozs of water daily
                        2. Finish out my clean re-induction and then pobably extended induction for a few more weeks
                        3. I want to be in Onederland by V-day.I'm guessing that's about a 18 or 19 pound weight loss.... ]

                          Hi everybody,

                          I have not checked in to the V-Day Challenge yet, so here is a brief update on the past week.

                          I’ve started induction on the 1st, but had a little oops that evening when I ate a piece of milk-tart. Well, I just started fresh on the 2nd and it is going very well. I am down 3 pounds, but I am not going to count them as part of my goal to loose 10 pounds by V-Day – the reason – I’ve gained 3 pounds over Christmas / New Year and is basically back to my weight before Christmas. So, hard work for me the next few weeks!!

                          I’ve also officially stopped smoking on the 1st. It went well, until Wednesday when I had a smoke. Well, it was either a cigarette or a chocolate - I think I chose wisely! Went smoke free again until last night. So, hopefully I will be a non-smoker as well by V-Day!!

                          I am also keeping up with the rest of my goals for V-Day. Water is up to date, I am exercising 5 days a week and I am cheat-free for 6 days now!

                          Glad to see that all of you are also doing great. Well done on those lost pounds!!

                                Well, I'm down 2 lbs for this week, to 187, only another 8 lbs to go to meet my mini Valentine's goal of 175. I'm starting the new 42 days exercise challenge with the vidiots in the exercise thread. It is very motivating to be working out with all the others!!! Exercise sure does help speed up the weight loss, and of course trim the ole body!!!
