bjs--I haven't ever seen the Si6 videos in any store. I ordered my online. They are kinda pricey, but they are good videos. I'm doing weight training and HIIT cardio with AMAZING results. I got bored with the videos because it was the same thing day in day out, and I get bored easily.
Silly, you're right, it is about the CHOICES. I feel so good about myself for making the right ones.
Kittie--when you order just flat out tell them you don't want the fries. I do that at every restaurant I go to. Sometimes they'll say would you like the vegetable or salad instead? Of course, i say yes LOL If you do get the fries, pour your diet soda on them so you won't be tempted to eat them!!! Wings are great, just ask to make sure they aren't breaded otherwise they are just chicken, butter and hot sauce. Make sure you eat your 3 cups of vegetables per day, its sooooooooooo important. The water is definitely a MUST as well. If you dont eat the veggies or drink the water, you are going to be in BIG trouble in the bathroom department pretty quick!! The tiredness is your body adjusting to the low carb lifestyle...it will pass and in a few days you'll have more energy than you've ever had before. Congratulations on passing over the starburst!!
