Do you like cucumbers, bell peppers, zucchini, other squash, mushrooms (sauteed are good) broccoli, olives etc? You could chop some cuke, tomato, sweet red or yellow bell peppers and a few olives and dress with a little vinegar (not balsamic) and some good olive oil? Lately, I've been buying the pre-packaged lettuces, but the baby kind with frisee and raddicio etc in it. I get tired of plain lettuce or even romaine. Bagged is so easy and I usually ALWAYS crumble some real blue cheese on top for a kick. Honest, try to bump up the carbs to 25 and try to find veggies you can tolerate! You will be surprised (and healthy too!!!!!).
