22 days today for me, and going strong. Working on the water now as I lose so much faster if I drink at least three liters.

Day 79 here. Am hyper aware of my Easter present (uneaten) sitting in the corner of this room. I tried to make BF eat it but he's not a chocolate person (if he was he'd have been eaten by me a long time ago - haha! Sorry lame joke). I'd better go and eat lunch...Comment

I can resist tho, if i cheated it'd be something like bread or crisps, theyre the reason i'm fat in the first place

10 cheat free days for me...i'm in induction, so it's been pretty tough, but i'll get through it for sure. i just hope i can survive going home next weekend to mom's cooking w/o cheating. we'll see what happens, but i'm optimistic.

I have to blow my own trumpet and say
100 days cheat free today!
Sorry to be so immodest - but I'm quite amazed and proud. Anyone with trouble not cheating take heed - if I can overcome it ANYONE can - I used to cheat regularly and for days, even weeks at a time. Really, it just gets easier the longer you don't cheat

Did about 80 days (give or take 2) and then fell off. Oh well. I didn't gain any weight and just watched what I ate for about a month. Even had pasta and bread with no gain.30/f
